The hotel is conveniently located by the highway, perfect for our travels, easy on/off. Close to amenities and a short drive to restaurants. The hotel staff has always been professional and pleasant. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is just perfect. It's budget friendly and just perfect for overnight stay while travelling. We stayed at this location several times and will continue to stay here in the future.

The breakfast was good. The cinnamon buns are a great feature. Being able to fill up our coffee mugs before hitting the road is also great.

Our only issue in the room was having enough room to install our CPAP's. Two of the four of us use them but there was only enough room on the center night stand for one. We were able to move a few things around to set up for the second one, but it does make it difficult some times.

Just about everything - it seemed to have it all.

The height of the beds was a little difficult to maneuver for a senior but we managed. Provided a better viewing point to watch TV but could have been a couple of inches lower. Probably great for kids, young adults and very tall people. Just wondering if you have a few lower beds around for those not in the aforementioned categories? Also, there seemed to be a shortage of luggage carts when we arrived and ice the morning we left. I guess those are common issues many hotels have.

Personable employees, decent room costs, over the top.brrakfast, and a quiet setting close to the main road but not close enough for traffic noise to be bothersome. The rooms.were neat and clean the temperature controls easy to operate.

The toilet mounts were slightly loose as was the seat itself. The walls are beginning to show their age. The shower curtain and the tub caulking are aging as well.

The party I was traveling with and I were all raving about the cookies and macaroons they put out for guests. The oatmeal cookies were especially great! - You just want to make sure you can grab one before they’re gone!

The bathroom in the room was a bit dirty and unkept but the room was otherwise nice.

Easy parking, clean and good location with many restaurants closer to hotel.

Our room’s bathtub did not have a shower curtain or any water isolation, and taking a shower was causing the bathroom floor to flood.

I like the friendliness of the front desk. I like the selection they had at breakfast. I like that room was spacious. I like how they made accommodations for me as an amputee.

The breakfast was so good and had a lot of options to choose from. The beds were very comfortable and the night front desk staff was very friendly at check in.

Hotel needs to be updated, but otherwise, lovely

Great location and clean facilities.

Breakfast was just ok, not enough for people waiting. Cook complaining about putting more food out for guests.

Always great staying at holiday inn express.

Only problem we had was one of the queen beds was very squeaky! lol.
