Our room was very clean, I was worried about noise due to the fact we were on the first floor but it really wasn’t too bad, there was someone above us walking around for what seemed like most of the night and in the morning when we woke up but it wasn’t terrible, just odd

Nothing really, the staff was nice and our room was very clean.

The front desk staff is amazing. Pamela and Libby are very kind and helpful. We had a very rough travel day and they made check in so pleasant. The property is amazing from the cleanliness, to the lending pantry and comfort of the suites. Will definitely stay again.

The only thing that was sad is the pool and hot tub being under construction.

one thing. the mean lady at the front desk with the red hair. she never smiles and her tone was horrible. everyone else was absolutely amazing!

The room and staff’s hospitality

I like liked the 1 st room that was assigned for me until I inspected the mattress, the bed was soil with dried blood on the cover sheet and the mattress. When reported this incident to Sarah about the bed her response was I’ve already up graded your room as if she paid for it, Yes I admit she did because booking..com didn’t give me 2 bed as I requested. But that shouldn’t have been her response, my reply to her was I paid for the room and not the service that was rendered. The next day upon my departure Nola P. Inquiring about my stay I told her of what occurred and she gave me a refund an apologies for the inconvenience an poor service that was rendered. She was so pleasant the manager of maintenance also apologize and helped me and my sister loaded up our vehicles. I want to thank them for making my experience good. I will be coming back if the Lord will.

How the cleaning people stated they clean the room and didn’t do a good job the outer appearance didn’t match the inner appearance. Alway check you mattress for bed bug and your sheets to make sure they’re clean.
