The hotel was easy to find right off the main interstate. Breakfast is available as an option when you book. If you forget, it is available for purchase at a reasonable price. Roughly $13 per person for the buffet.

Narrow doorways in the elevators were difficult with the wheelchair. I needed to purchase something to be able to reach the buttons once I entered the elevator. The doorway was narrow for the room. The chairs and decor in the restaurant were tattered and torn really taking away from the atmosphere.

Only issue we had is 1st room the heat wasn't working but they moved us a couple doors down and we had no issues. Very nice room. Nice tv size. Very clean, because we definitely checked! Pool was out of service but we had no swimming plans so it didn't bother us. It is a very convenient location. Will definitely stay there again.

No maintenance person on staff in the afternoon wasn't an issue due to them moving to another room but as I worked at a hotel for many years. Definitely have one on staff for days your booked and can't conveniently move them to another room.

The receptionist was nice and accommodating even at midnight. He even apologized for the wait time even though it appeared that he was really frazzled with the many guests trying to check in. Dove toiletries - not just the usual you get in other hotels. Good breakfast buffet - nice selection of food and tasted good too.

Elevator is too small. Corridors too small especially with the luggage carts. Cleanliness can be improved especially with the carpets in the common areas.

It was nice and convenient from Hershey Park.

We came at a time when there was a kids’ hockey tournament so the lobby was pretty busy. I initially reserved a room with 2 queen beds but when I arrived to the hotel, I was told that I have a room with 1 king bed and a pullout sofa which really wasn’t an issue. The front desk did explain when reserving through third party sites like booking.com, the sites doesn’t realize that the requested rooms aren’t available which seems to be a common thing.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the full, hot breakfast was great, comfortable beds.

The pool was out of service during our visit which was really disappointing. We chose this hotel because it had a heated indoor pool and wanted a break from the cold weather. The booking did not mention the pool being closed.

Nice quiet place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the dove soap and shampoo they had in the bathroom. They let us take a alcohol drink to our room. Very comfortable beds. Nice little couch to sit on and relax.

Not a breakfeast included with stay. But they did have coffee.

On the bright side the staff was wonderful!! Very helpful, kind and professional.Any issue that arose they handled and remedied as best they could.

The lighting in the bathroom was so dim...you couldn't see well enough to put make-up on! The body wash was so low one of us had to take it to the front desk to be refilled so we could all shower.We had to do laundryand you had no detergent for purchase.

The attitude of the staff was great. Responded to a call for a shuttle quite late at night. Nice Facility. Close to the airport.

My only concern is that the breakfast seems to be advertised as coming with the room. One must pay for the breakfast, which was very good.

The pool was DIRTY and had wayyyyyy to much bleach my kids had rashes after

Angie and the rest of the food service personnel were excellent. The bartender Nator was so pleasant and kind.

The pool not being operational was a big negative and the ATM machine was out of order. For the price of the rooms, I feel breakfast should have been free especially since I stay there at least once a month.
