The room set up. Specifically how the bedroom was completely separate with a door that shuts and locks, the spacious living room set up with two TVs. The staff was amazing! Great location as well. Has a pool & hot tub.

The tub had hair on the wall and ledge, the bathroom door has to literally rub up against to the toilet to shut, their were 2 dead spiders on the floor and it was a little on the noisy side I wish I would have stayed on the 2nd floor instead.. the breakfast wasn’t the best also. But nothing to make a super big deal about. I did pay $243 for one night so I was expecting a slightly higher standard.

I liked everything. The moment I walked thru the automatic doors I could see I was in the right place just like a new home, beautiful! Clean clean clean. Loved everything, loved the clean neat room beds made nice n tight. The bed and pillows were comfortable, slept well. Air conditioning excellent. Great breakfast. Front desk professional and very nice. I would stay there again. I don’t have any photos. Wish i would’ve taken some pictures to remember how beautiful everything was there.

There’s nothing that i disliked. This is a great place to stay.

Location only 15 mins away from Hershey Park

The laundry, only has 1 washer and 1 dryer and the dryer wasn’t drying well. $2 for a 45 minutes cycle. I had to run it 2x and still my clothes wasn’t fully dry. They are coin operated but the hotel didn’t had a coin changing machine we had to go to the gas stations next door to change $ for .25cents coin. Everyone used the laundry for obvious reason most people stay there to go to Hershey Park so they will need the laundry after coming from the park with their wet clothes/bathing suit or using the hotel indoor pool!

The staff were great! Staff were hospitable, friendly, and very helpful. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was nice and was tasty.

The only thing that I didn't like was pet hair in the floor at the head of the bed. I didn't think about it when I initially booked the room or I would have booked a room that wasn't pet included. I have some allergies but none of them acted up while in the room. I

We were there for Dance Nationals The hotel was very clean and the staff was very accommodating Shout Out to Chris at the front desk who gave us much needed information about things happening in the Hershey Area Breakfast was very well stocked and Lindsey was a delight Not sure of the name of the other lady but they were always friendly and helpful I would definitely stay at this hotel again It was a very pleasurable experience for staying in a hotel for a week

Room was so clean and comfortable...glad that carpeting and bedspreads are a thing of the past. Facility very quiet, and location was convenient to Harrisburg and Gettysburg. Those make-your-own waffles at the breakfast bar are delicious, but the real treat was the urn of hot chocolate on the night I checked in...never saw that amenity before and really enjoyed it. Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was helpful and very pleasant, and overall I thought it was a great value for my single night stay.

This place is an incredible value! We stayed here on our way to a music festival in New Jersey, so coming from Michigan it was about 10pm when we arrived and many area restaurants were closed. The front desk was SO kind and let us have a DoorDash delivery left there prior to our arrival. The hotel itself was very well maintained and clean, but the room was incredible! There was so much space, the fireplace set a lovely ambiance and was easy to use (switch on the wall), the spa tub worked well, and I loved that there was a separate half bath in the main area. Would absolutely stay here again and again!

We have stayed in this hotel before-we like it's proximity to the Giant Center. We enjoy the pool when we have the time. the front desk staff have been wonderful as have the housekeeping staff. The hotel is pretty quiet considering its location.

I wish that the breakfast room was open at times other than breakfast. It would be nice to sit in there when you need a break from your room, and if you bring in take out food-I'd rather eat at one of the tables than on the bed in my room. We stayed there right after COVID and i get why they kept it closed then, but I thought maybe that might have been changed by now. Also, the lighting in the room was very dim-even the bathroom. I could use one bright light to read by or to apply makeup. And the tv remote in our room had seen better days. It was being held together with what looked to be surgical tape, and was kind of gross to handle where tape was peeling. Please replace.

As I walked with my dog out back of hotel is a large field and way off at far side of the field was a mama deer and her 2 baby deer. It was so beautiful and peaceful watching her watch us. In those few moments, I was completely refreshed after a long day’s drive. Also I had one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches ever from the Sheetz gas station that’s in front of the hotel. Great location. Great price. Room and bed very comfortable. Best sleep I had in weeks! Thank you

I did not like that I called the hotel in the morning to see if it was a problem to check in early and was told that my room accommodations were available but when I checked in I was charged for a $25 early check in fee. Makes absolutely no sense to me. There was not additional staff required to get my room readied sooner for my stay. I can see when there is excessive events and demands for the prior evenings to charge additional early check in fees but please give me a break on this. My room was available at 11ish and I checked in at approximately 2:15-2:30. Not very customer service friendly to me. This is the first time I've experienced an early check-in fee.
