Super clean and spacious. We were able to stay with 2 families for New Year’s and loved the rooms, the sitting area, the washer and dryer, and the kitchen. Everything was super clean. We travel often and have seen many hotels. This one has been one of the best. We also loved the pool. Just the fact that there is a kiddie pool was such a huge win for us. We had forgot our life jackets so having a 1 ft pool was a life saver for us. Many restaurants nearby. Panera Bread was excellent for breakfast on January 1. We totally expected it to be closed.

The light fixture was hanging way too low. We all bumped our heads on it. With ceilings that low, you really can’t afford to have a fixture like that. It’s a liability thing. Basic things for the kitchen like some oil, salt and pepper would have been nice. We had to run to the grocery to get them.

The location and proximity to Hershey Park and Lodge. The spacious unit with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms.

The train tracks very close to the property (loud noise from the trains coming through during night hours were disruptive). There was a strong smell of burnt coffee in the kitchen/ living room area (thankfully the bedrooms were not effected)

The location was close to a lot - Hersheypark, restaurants, and the outlets. The room came stocked with all the supplies I needed to clean, do laundry, etc. I liked the space for my family and having two bathrooms was key.

I did not like staying in Building 1 and the lack of easy access for my young children to get to the game room and indoor pool. Because of this we did not go there. It’s also extremely close to a train that took getting used to as it’s quite loud when they pass.

Small property, room was spacious and perfect size. Customer service was outstanding from every person we interacted with. Kids loved the indoor pool.

Kitchen needed a few more items. They only had one giant pasta pot. Could have used a couple more smaller pots. Parking was a little tight. I couldn’t find where to throw out recycling.

Staff were helpful and courteous. We had a 2 bedroom condo with kitchen. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was warm and clean. Loved the fact that game room did not charge for kids to play games. Very well maintained grounds. My grandson loves trains so seeing the freight trains from our room was a special treat for him.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The heated pool in every building was wonderful and being open until late at night was a great bonus. The premises were very clean and beautiful and the lit up fire in the evening was great to sit next to. The appartment was big (2 big bedrooms, each with its own shower/bath + toilet and washing sink outside, and the kitchen and living room were spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was also perfect - with the Tanger outlet mall just at the entrance, Hershey world at a walking distance and a supermarket a short drive away, we had a wonderful time

The room was well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the 2 bedrooms; my kids loved having their own beds, and my husband and I loved not having to share the bathroom with the kids. We also enjoyed the indoor pool. Even in June, it was too chilly for the outdoor pool, so the indoor option was nice. The close access to Hershey Park was excellent... very easy to get to the parking area.

The train at 11 pm, 2 am, 4 am, etc... We are light sleepers, and the train woke us up every time it passed on our first night. However, the train runs all through Hershey, so I'm not sure we could have found any resort/hotel/etc where we wouldn't have heard the train. To help the situation, the front desk provided a box fan that we ran all night for ambient noise. That was definitely appreciated. If we come again, we may bring a small ambient noise machine to drown out the train.

The rooms were extremely spacious which was not expected. Having the kitchen and living room area was a huge plus for the parents to hang out after putting the kids to bed. Having little kids we utilized the pool 3 days in a row and every time is was clean and well kept, the air and water temp were also perfect in the pool area.

I don't like the fact that I just found this place and didn't stay here years prior!

Loved the location. Close proximity to Hershey Park, restaurants and shopping. Spacious rooms, full kitchen. Bldg two had an attached walkway to the indoor pool and game room.

Bldg 2 where we stayed the room was dated. Staff didn’t follow through on our request for a crib and high chair.

Heating/cooling system seemed to turn off automatically at night making the suite very warm and stuffy. We could control the temperature, but we could not figure out how to stop it from turning off. The dresser in the main bedroom was very unstable. When you opened the top drawer, the dresser tipped forward. It did have a 3-inch long chain attaching it to the wall, but it still caused everything to fall forward off the dresser.
