⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay! We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Everything was easy to access, and the location is perfect—just minutes away from all the Hershey attractions. A special shoutout to the girl working the front desk during the evening shift—she was incredibly nice, friendly, and super helpful. It made check-in a breeze and added a welcoming touch to our stay. The beds were really comfy, and the pool was clean and well-kept—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable after we changed rooms

The 1st room we were in had an air conditioner that did not work. I called the front desk and they changed our room. All was good in the second room. The next morning, I went to the desk to ensure that they knew about the problem with the first room so that no one else would be given that room until they had it fixed. The desk clerk spoke quite rudely to me, saying very curtly that they are aware of the problem. It was interpreted by me that she was annoyed that I spoke to her about it. Perhaps I misunderstood her tone. But it left me with not a good feeling. It felt to me that the staff was aggravated that we complained and had our room changed after that brief conversation, but the first room was very hot, and the air conditioner would not turn on.

We stayed here last minute on a last minute stop in Hershey for fall break on our way through town. This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in for years— it was insanely clean (10/10… literally the cleanest hotel room I’ve EVER stayed in), the staff were super friendly and check in was seamless. The bedding was very soft and clean, the mattress was amazingly comfortable— even the pillows were superb. I wanted to duplicate the entire bed in my bedroom at home, it was that comfortable. I’ve stayed in many Best Westerns, and this was by far the best I’ve seen. I wish all hotels were this great! (For reference, I don’t generally write reviews, but felt that this hotel deserved it).

This is our third time staying at this hotel, and it's a great experience every time! From the young gentleman that checked us in on 12/23 , till check out time, it was fantastic. Our room was extremely clean, parking is ample, the location to Hershey Park and other places is super close, the free breakfast was very good, and the free 24hr coffee is a nice added bonus.. The floor that we were on was quiet as well.. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this hotel.. The price was great and we will def be staying there again..

For the most part we were very pleased. Room was comfortable, price and location were excellent.

The hotel wasn’t full and yet we found we were clustered with several other guests, including families with smaller children/babies that were quite loud at times. Having kids ourselves we understand that can’t be helped but I don’t understand why we had to be placed in rooms right next to each other. Everyone staying at the hotel seemed to be in the same corridor.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. Loved the coffee bar (recommend trying the cappuccino machine)! We liked how the ice machines also had water dispensers.

The water pressure in the shower was HORRIBLE (showering took twice as long because of how poor the pressure was). Also, (this is minor) there was no freezer section in the room fridge.

Hotel was new, clean and very comfortable beds. We asked for extra towels and they were delivered right away. Nice bonus was free breakfast which was convenient to have without having to run out and get it. Saved time and money before going off to Hershey's park. I also liked small terrace which we utilized at night to sit out by the fire with family and friends.

Everything was pretty up to our standards except pressure of the water in the shower was weak but not a deal breaker.

Nothing really except we stopped by around 2 and asked to check in. Lady at counter said there was an early check in fee of $25. Never heard that before at any other BW. Needless to say we came back after 4.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, hot breakfast!

Cost...we attended a conference that had a group rate offered, in the Spring- all discounted rooms were not available. When I checked closer to the event...Suprise...several rooms available! No longer at group rate, but almost double that! That truly is my Only negative, we were able to be in the same location as family, so of course I paid what was required...just disappointed w/ the huge $$. 😕
