The perfect place to stay for a weekend trip to Hershey! It’s a short drive to Hershey Park, Gardens, and chocolate world. Tröegs and Starbucks are right next door as are the outlets. We have nonverbal autistic children with high support needs and this place is perfect for our family. There’s an indoor pool, each suite has a washer / dryer and a full kitchen and the kids adjust really well to the “home away from home” vibes. We love how quiet the hallways are and you can’t hear your neighbors through the walls like you could in a traditional hotel.

The locations was PERFECT…amenities (quiet, comfortable, pool a plus) GREAT! The staff was helpful, check in was a breeze! Nice that it was close to a mall AND more importantly…there was/is a Starbucks there!

That the staff didn’t have extra tea towels and suggested that we simply throw our ONE tea towel in when we did laundry? I believe a 6 night stay with 4 people deserved at least TWO tea towels! I would have also liked a full size washer drier as we’ve had in the past.

Super clean and spacious. We were able to stay with 2 families for New Year’s and loved the rooms, the sitting area, the washer and dryer, and the kitchen. Everything was super clean. We travel often and have seen many hotels. This one has been one of the best. We also loved the pool. Just the fact that there is a kiddie pool was such a huge win for us. We had forgot our life jackets so having a 1 ft pool was a life saver for us. Many restaurants nearby. Panera Bread was excellent for breakfast on January 1. We totally expected it to be closed.

The light fixture was hanging way too low. We all bumped our heads on it. With ceilings that low, you really can’t afford to have a fixture like that. It’s a liability thing. Basic things for the kitchen like some oil, salt and pepper would have been nice. We had to run to the grocery to get them.

The location and proximity to Hershey Park and Lodge. The spacious unit with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms.

The train tracks very close to the property (loud noise from the trains coming through during night hours were disruptive). There was a strong smell of burnt coffee in the kitchen/ living room area (thankfully the bedrooms were not effected)

The location was close to a lot - Hersheypark, restaurants, and the outlets. The room came stocked with all the supplies I needed to clean, do laundry, etc. I liked the space for my family and having two bathrooms was key.

I did not like staying in Building 1 and the lack of easy access for my young children to get to the game room and indoor pool. Because of this we did not go there. It’s also extremely close to a train that took getting used to as it’s quite loud when they pass.

Stuff was friendly. The room was super nice. You can walk to the outlet and Hershey Park is 5 mins up the road. The pool was really nice as well as the firepit and game room/ weight room. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Thought it was a little odd we had to bring our trash out before we left, but whatever it's not like, it ruined our trip. There's really nothing We didn't like...

Front desk was very friendly. They have a self service coffee station. It was good😋. Small court of basket ball. Exercise station. 2 pools, one in door the other is out doors. Less than 10 minutes by car to hershey park. Very near outlet, restaurants, and fast foods. Gas stations, Very nice neighborhood. Many many more.

Well, nothing is perfect. I think everything was ok.

Two bedroom / two bath unit had a great space, perfect for family or two couples. All the things you need are there. Easy access to outlet mall across the street. Brewery next door. Plenty of parking.

The outdoor pool/hot tub is only seasonal. Closed during our stay despite being quite hot. Couch could be more comfortable.

Small property, room was spacious and perfect size. Customer service was outstanding from every person we interacted with. Kids loved the indoor pool.

Kitchen needed a few more items. They only had one giant pasta pot. Could have used a couple more smaller pots. Parking was a little tight. I couldn’t find where to throw out recycling.

The location! Right next to Hersheypark! The suites were large and comfortable. We were able to have 4 adults and 2 kids all together otherwise we would have needed 2 hotel rooms. The kids loved the game room. Ping pong, pool, air hockey, Foosball and skee ball all at no cost. Highly recommend this resort!
