Room was spacious and well laid out. Bathroom has a spacious shower and it was well lit. Location of the hotel was nice and near convenience store and food options was a plus.

Room 100 is right by the building entrance and stair doors so we had A LOT of traffic noise. Breakfast was disappointing, I've had much better breakfast options at way less expensive hotels. For the counter space and what I've seen other establishments offer, I expected way more and we chose to add expense and eat breakfast off-site. It was poorly attended and kept. This is a missed opportunity to connect with customer and offer a grand experience. The floors could also be better maintained as there were crumbs left for two days in the first floor hallways and the main floors looked untouched as well with dirty heavy traffic. Seems housekeeping and breakfast concierge could use some focus.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The two employees we actually had any conversation with (front desk) were very nice. The breakfast was mediocre. Frozen eggs and precooked meats are just not good. I was happy to have some other places that served breakfast foods nearby. Coffee all the time was nice, although inconsistent in taste...really good during the week, not good on the weekend, which was strange. Juices and ice water should be available all the time.

Room cleaning should be done at least every other day and new towels offered EVERY day! We were there from Wednesday to Sunday and never had anyone ask if we needed extra towels, soap, toilet paper, etc! I left the maids a tip, but wondered WHY??? Nothing was done while we were there. It Would also be nice if there were somewhere to sit outside. Better choice of TV channels.

The breakfast was decent but nothing special. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Everyone I interacted with was really pleasant. Check out was really easy. They have a microwave and fridge in each room, which was nice.

My only complaint is that the shower in the room wasn't like the one pictured online. Online it looks like a standard tub/shower combo. The shower in my room was a walk-in shower with no door so I was pretty chilly the entire time I was showering. I also had to get into the shower to turn it on which was a little inconvenient.

We were traveling with our dog and it turned out to be the perfect property. We asked for a room near the stairwell which we were assigned on the 5 th floor. On a table near the door that led to the outside pet area, there was a jar of dog biscuits and a bowl of fresh water on the floor next to the table. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a great nights sleep. The morning breakfast was basic and it would have been nice to have some gluten free toast to accompany our scrambled eggs and sausage. Coffee was very good. Check in was seamless and the staff very friendly. Definitely will look to this location as a stop again when traveling to North Carolina.

Overall it was a very nice hotel, partly because it appeared to be very new. Nice location, with food and gas close by. Fast elevator. Nice bathrooms. Nice room layout, I liked that the sitting area was separated from the beds by a half-wall.

The AC system did not work that well. During the evening, while I was watching TV, I wasn't able to get the AC to a comfortable temperature. At night, I set the temperature to 70 degrees for sleeping, but the thermostat never registered lower than 72. Also, the drain for the tub was stopped up. When I showered, I would end up with ankle-deep water in the tub, even though the drain was fully open. I appreciated that they offered a breakfast, but there weren't many options to choose from and the coffee was mediocre.

This hotel is refreshing and a great value! I would highly recommend this hotel for people traveling to the local area. As soon as I entered the lobby I smelled a fresh scent and the lighting decor and staff were welcoming! My room was as pictured although I thought I would have a full kitchen but I was able to store my food in the fridge provided. The bed is comfortable and everything was pristine. Fantastic surroundings (sheetz Starbucks and first watch within walking distance! WIN! 🥇

The shower set up was awkward (the half door and location of the shower head was not functional in my opinion). Water pressure was low and lukewarm but I was able to make it work. I value having a good shower system this was one average but ok

We were in Harrisburg for my son's volleyball tournament at the Farm Complex and needed a hotel nearby from Saturday to Sunday. This was about 4 miles away. We got a suite with 2 queen beds. The room was very clean and fresh smelling-no musty lingering odors. Free hot breakfast was included which is also why I chose this property.

I wished there was bottle hand soap. Not very hygenic to share bar soap with others. And for almost $200 a night, I was surprised that it was not available.

The hotel was very nice. The room was very nice and spacious. There was plenty of parking space. Most of the hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The breakfast sucked. The coffee sucked. The carpet in the elevators were nasty, like they haven't been shampooed in forever. There was no pool to enjoy. There was no where to sit outside and enjoy the weather except one bench seat that was in the afternoon sun. The staff would not allow me to take any chairs outside. The pillows in the room sucked. They were way too soft. If there are going to be 6 pillows to a bed then have a variety of firmness. The thermostats sucked. I've never used a thermostat that worked like those. You could not select just the AC or just the heat. So, if you try to warm up the room the heat comes on. That wastes energy. That affects your bottom line. There were no safes in the room to store valuables. The staff said there was not a safe in the hotel at all.

The property was clean but they did not clean the rooms daily. Need to stay over 3 nights and we stayed 2.

They did not have the rooms ready. They promised same floor because we were a large family with four rooms but they could not accommodate. They forgot to give us extended check out which they had originally told us we had. We had to rush to check out because of the misunderstanding.

The location was central to our family. There was retail nearby and a Sheetz gas station across the street. The accommodations were very clean. the suite was well laid out with a half wall separating the sleeping area from the sofas but the flat screen was easily viewed from either area. Our request for a ground floor suite was accommodated.

There were very few ground floor suites. If we had not checked in early we might have been placed on the top floor even though we had requested a ground floor at the time we confirmed the reservation. Evidently confirming a 4 night reservation backed by a credit card does not save a requested suite.
