Everything was perfect. The property is beautifully furnished and maintained. The location is peaceful and secure. Parking was conveniently and safely located on the property. Check-in was very easy, no contact. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was very large, and the walk-in shower was great. The breakfast was delicious with several options. There are plenty of good choices for dining close to the property. It's handicap accessible.

Cute property of two separate buildings. We got in late, but the key was ready and we checked in without issue. The shower was a rain head that was amazing. The shower door was a little loose and I slipped but was okay since there was a bench beside the shower to catch myself with. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t get breakfast due to a miscommunication.

Communication was poor. We were going to be fairly late getting to the property so I called the number and left a message. We wanted to inquire about breakfast, but nobody called us back. There were no instructions on Booking.com or the Manor’s website as to how breakfast was run. Because of this, we missed breakfast. We saw later that there was a menu in the envelop with our key, but didn’t see it. When I wrote the suggestion there be more clarity, there was no apology about us missing breakfast, nor was there any acknowledgment that they could have put on the communication board to check in the envelope for the menu. It was disappointing.

Everything. The breakfast was amazing! The owners/staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The instructions were clear and it was easy to find and access the room. I have no bad things to say and would recommend this to anyone staying for a night or two!

There’s nothing I didn’t like, really everything was simple and pleasant! I know after breakfast my hubbie was still a little hungry but we would have happily paid for a “bigger breakfast” or “second serving” the food was delicious!

One of the most beautiful and comfortable places we have stayed. Our room was so luxurious, the bed extraordinary, the staff bent over backwards to make us feel at home and the Susquehanna River in front of the manor is gorgeous. Breakfast at the table with other guests is so fun and the conversations interesting. There are plenty of places around the manor in which to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine. The owner went out of her way to get us a wine opener and two glasses so we could enjoy a glass of wine while we snacked on cheese and salami in a gorgeous sun room.

The owner was very friendly, the checking in and out was super simple. Breakfast was wonderful, and great that we could choose the time we wanted. The manor house was very comfortable, and we felt free to relax out in the shared spaces for the night that we stayed.

I wouldn't change anything about our stay. It fully met my expectations, and the location and view can't be beat!

We got caught in a snowstorm on the way to Nashville and pulled off the highway looking for a place to stay. Couldn’t believe our luck to find a room available on a Saturday night here. Beautiful buildings, charmingly decorated. We were greeted by one of the owners shoveling the walkway who was expecting us despite having just booked 15 minutes earlier. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable, the sitting areas cozy and the breakfast was delicious and all the owners so kind!

Breakfast was delicious, room was clean, bed was cozy! The view was beautiful. Plenty of amenities and the owner was up late with us taking care of business around the home which was really cool to see!

There was a decorative blanket and pillow sham on the bed- that we shoved in the closet because they stunk. Assuming they don't get washed since they're decor- but still gross to me. The rest of the linen and pillows were perfectly fine.

The breakfast was delicious and home-cooked. So much better than the "flip-your-own-waffle" at chain hotels. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the public areas were lovely and inviting.

Due to staffing issues, breakfast was only available at 8:00, so if that didn't work with your schedule, you missed out on an awesome meal!

This property is beautiful and the view of the river was lovely. It is in a quiet area of Harrisburg and it is easy access from the main road. The staff were helpful, breakfast was delicious, and the bed was SO comfortable! It was a delightful place to stay in Harrisburg and we plan on returning next time we come to town.

The property was absolutely charming! All of the rooms were beautifully decorated, and our personal bedroom was clean, comfortable, and very tastefully decorated.  The breakfast was freshly made, and absolutely delicious and the staff and owners were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here to anyone. 

We did not dislike anything.
