Nicest motel I've ever stayed in and at a great price! Very clean, updated, and well-designed room. The bed was comfy. I like that there were a few different types of pillows. I slept better here than I normally do at home and was able to do my computer work without any problems. Friendly staff and professional atmosphere.

My only tiny complaint is that the floor would become moist when the humidity is high (granted, the A/C works more well) which may just be normal with the type of flooring in the rooms.

We got the king bed omg now we are home and i cant sleep (its 113AM as i write this)my wife is right on top of me, or at least thats how our tiny ass queen feels to me now....great bed 2 more pillows perhaps? see that is how they get you back, they buy a bed so damn big, my wife could not hear anything i said, hence....i could not hear her, but when you check out of the NFL bed, you go back home to your $700 10" memory foam mattress on a base/frame, now it feels like a freaking twin, and omg the snoring!!!!!!

door would not close tightly as you could see the outside light shining through....only problem....

From the beginning, the small lobby was clean and welcoming. Coffee bar was stocked and ready for guests to enjoy. The front desk staff were all friendly and welcoming as well. They originally did not have us on the first floor as I asked since to get to the second floor you must take stairs, but they accommodated me with an upgrade at a slight upcost which I did not mind. Once we got to the room, it smelled clean and looked just as it smelled. You can tell they take pride in the property. I’m a local but we stayed for an in town getaway night, and we will stay again! Room was well stocked with a safe, mini fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker and many lights to clearly light up the room and see. They also offer in room usb ports so all you need is a cable. WiFi is also snappy there. Definitely stay here if you’re in the area looking for a great night stay.

Can not think of anything I hated.

Starting with the value; the Red Roof in Harrisburg was one half to a third of the costs as the hotels in nearby Hershey, PA, during the busy season!! The room was clean and very comfortable. Parking was relatively plentiful. All staff with whom we interacted were friendly and accommodating. The location facilitated easy access to Hersey (15-20 minutes away) as well as 81 (1 minute away). Market Plaza was 2 minutes away. The whole experience was a very nice surprise!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, perfect of a short stay. Some reservations I had with booking here were ill-founded, for the price, this place exceeded expectations.

The in-room coffee pot had water in it when we arrived. Since we could not tell how long it sat there, we got our morning coffee from the front lobby instead.

The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful to work with and were very flexible and pleasant. The rooms were just what we needed for an overnight stay and the bathrooms, while small, were just fine! The beds were comfortable but the pillows could use a bit more fluff or firmness to support better. We brought our dog and he got to stay for free which is a huge bonus! Overall this place was great!!

Kudos to this facility for improvements inside and out! The exterior has recently (sometime in last 9 months) received an uplift of paint along with landscaping along the border between parking and entry doors (crushed stone a big improvement over weeds), bringing the outside more in line with prior interior redecorating. The recent bed frames are cat-proof (no hiding under or getting inside boxed support frame) and mattresses very good. On my prior stay (June 2023) I was charged what I felt was an excessive price but now (Sept 2023) the price is at Red Roof normal. Good value and very happy to see a commitment to maintaining and improving the property. Will definitely return on my journeys north and south through this area.

Floors (now vinyl plank) could use better cleaning (mopping rather than just vacuum?). There are still a few decor items showing rust or wear. BUT the property is definitely improving on each recent visit.

I chose it because the price was very reasonable and it was close to the highway and I was exhausted. It was such a great experience, I downloaded the app, I joined their club, and now I am looking to stay at a red roof inn on my trip to Arizona and back, which will be about 12 nights on the road. I was traveling and only needed a room to stop in with my 2 dogs for the night. This hotel price was so low I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Good set up for walking the dogs. I asked for a king bed on the first floor and got it no problem. Easy on and off the exit. No breakfast but they did have good coffee!

Everything was good!

Good location, sparkling clean, well maintained, good security. Friendly management. Plenty of charging outlets. Artistic toilet paper arrangement!

Didn’t matter to us, but for those with mobility issues, ask for a first floor room. Second floor rooms only accessible by stairs.
