When checking in, the staff were friendly and professional, Honestly I don't usually expect any breakfast from a 2 star hotel with quality, but this place has somewhat good quality of food especially eggs (of course frozen precooked, but still). The room was clean, too.

At the end of the other side building, Wifi is horrible. I thought the entire building has a problem, so I asked the guy at the lobby. Interestingly it worked fine there then realized the end of building - either the extender or whatever was not working well. Not only my phone, but my Chromebook, my other phone and even my work laptop too. And a group of family was so loud out there. Nothing Ramada can do about it but it is still annoying.

Beyond our expectations! We had girls night and had a bubble bath in the jacuzzi in our room which was clean and so wonderful we felt like kids again. Perfect place for a new 40 year old and her girlfriend to have a slumber party. I don't know how many times we told one another how impressed and surprised we were by the hotel, it's cleanliness, friendliness, and amenities.gym was small and intimate and out of the way, we cannot say enough good things! Thanks again we already agreed we will be back soon and the fireplace was the icing on the cake! What adult doesn't deserve a night of no responsibilities and silliness to restart the monatany of life?! Treat yourself here, oh and we got the king jacuzzi suite for under 100 bucks! Insanity!!

Close to HersheyPark and Hershey world. Was very easy for us to leave and return to the park in the same day. Although we did not use the hotel pool it did look nice and inviting and there were lots of guests using it.

Front desk should have explained better that if we wanted our rooms cleaned and new towels bed made during our two night stay that we would have to tell them apon arrival. When we returned from our day at Hershey, it was disappointing to see the room was not cleaned. We know better for next time and to all you future guests please be aware that not cleaning the room on a multi night stay is their norm.

For the price, you get amazing value! This was a simple overnight stay after a concert and I was SO impressed. My fiancé and I stayed in a jacuzzi suite which was super spacious, clean, and noticeably remodeled. The location was convenient to I81 and despite the room overlooking the highway, it wasn’t too loud. I also really loved that the hotel management texted me! I was able to do check in / check out on my phone with a texted link, which made arrival and departure very simple. They also sent messages with all of the hotel information (breakfast and pool times as well as wifi information). I even responded to the text and received a personalized response very quickly. This hotel is under new management and you can tell that they take pride in this location and want to ensure that all guests are happy!

The elevator scared me a little bit but thats not really a big issue 😂

Pool and hot tub were nice. hot tub was hot and pool was just warm enough. room clean and spacious. Nice to have regular size pillows on the bed and 4 pillows for each queen. Room size was great. Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. All problems were solved immediately. Someone before us had unhooked the phone and the TV. But it was taken care of immediately. Good water pressure and water temp.

For the price everything was nice. You can tell they are trying to upgrade as they can. So can't say I really disliked anything

Pool was good. nice that TRUE Continental Breakfast is back. bed 🛌 was comfortable.

TV 📺 had no power... It was either unplugged OR the wall unit had no power as desk lamp w/plugs no power too. I didn't complain as I was Super tired. I only told upon checkout as I was sleeping 😴 .... my kid came to room for pizza 🍕 w/me no TV was a bonus as it was a bonus "he doesn't need it ALL the time." 😆 upon checking out I told the staff, they were apologetic, I said I didn't care, I had been tired....

The room was clean when we arrived. The pool was nice, and there was a surprise hot tub/spa that was also really nice. We were visiting Hershey and it was nice that the hotel was in a central location. We enjoyed the breakfast as well, there were a lot of choices - and the waffle maker was a favorite!

I would have been happier if there was hot water in the bathroom sink, instead of just cold water. We did not mention it to the front desk until we were checking out, but they did say they were going to send maintenance up. The lights were also very dim and it was hard to see at night, maybe some better lighting or use of daylight bulbs. Having said that the hotel really was great.

The room was clean and comfy. They are renovating, and the rooms are updated. All around, I would stay there again.

The free breakfast leaves a little to desire. The fresh fruit choice was only an apple. The eggs should have been scrambled, and they had no flavored creamer for coffee. I'm one that is used to hotels having this. It's no major downfall, but just my opinion on how I think it would help.

The room was clean and the pool was really nice the hot tub was a perfect temp. The breakfast was a good hot breakfast. The rooms in the wing we were in were being remodeled so we were the only ones in our wing which was really nice bc we have young kids and didn't have to worry too much about being too loud. The sink was awesome. I want to get one in my home.

The parking lot was a tad confusing

The room was fantastic! It was spacious with plenty of power outlets, adequate lighting, and a Jacuzzi tub. There is a full breakfast and indoor pool. Just a block away is a hibachi restaurant that offers a discount for guests.

The in-room fridge didn't get very cold. The breakfast was the same every day and the overnight registrar was in charge, so he was less than personable.
