Close to HersheyPark and Hershey world. Was very easy for us to leave and return to the park in the same day. Although we did not use the hotel pool it did look nice and inviting and there were lots of guests using it.

Front desk should have explained better that if we wanted our rooms cleaned and new towels bed made during our two night stay that we would have to tell them apon arrival. When we returned from our day at Hershey, it was disappointing to see the room was not cleaned. We know better for next time and to all you future guests please be aware that not cleaning the room on a multi night stay is their norm.

For the price, you get amazing value! This was a simple overnight stay after a concert and I was SO impressed. My fiancé and I stayed in a jacuzzi suite which was super spacious, clean, and noticeably remodeled. The location was convenient to I81 and despite the room overlooking the highway, it wasn’t too loud. I also really loved that the hotel management texted me! I was able to do check in / check out on my phone with a texted link, which made arrival and departure very simple. They also sent messages with all of the hotel information (breakfast and pool times as well as wifi information). I even responded to the text and received a personalized response very quickly. This hotel is under new management and you can tell that they take pride in this location and want to ensure that all guests are happy!

The elevator scared me a little bit but thats not really a big issue 😂

Pool and hot tub were nice. hot tub was hot and pool was just warm enough. room clean and spacious. Nice to have regular size pillows on the bed and 4 pillows for each queen. Room size was great. Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. All problems were solved immediately. Someone before us had unhooked the phone and the TV. But it was taken care of immediately. Good water pressure and water temp.

For the price everything was nice. You can tell they are trying to upgrade as they can. So can't say I really disliked anything

The room was clean when we arrived. The pool was nice, and there was a surprise hot tub/spa that was also really nice. We were visiting Hershey and it was nice that the hotel was in a central location. We enjoyed the breakfast as well, there were a lot of choices - and the waffle maker was a favorite!

I would have been happier if there was hot water in the bathroom sink, instead of just cold water. We did not mention it to the front desk until we were checking out, but they did say they were going to send maintenance up. The lights were also very dim and it was hard to see at night, maybe some better lighting or use of daylight bulbs. Having said that the hotel really was great.

Pool was good. nice that TRUE Continental Breakfast is back. bed 🛌 was comfortable.

TV 📺 had no power... It was either unplugged OR the wall unit had no power as desk lamp w/plugs no power too. I didn't complain as I was Super tired. I only told upon checkout as I was sleeping 😴 .... my kid came to room for pizza 🍕 w/me no TV was a bonus as it was a bonus "he doesn't need it ALL the time." 😆 upon checking out I told the staff, they were apologetic, I said I didn't care, I had been tired....

The room was fantastic! It was spacious with plenty of power outlets, adequate lighting, and a Jacuzzi tub. There is a full breakfast and indoor pool. Just a block away is a hibachi restaurant that offers a discount for guests.

The in-room fridge didn't get very cold. The breakfast was the same every day and the overnight registrar was in charge, so he was less than personable.

I enjoyed the pool area and the facts that the hotel is located near everything

I asked for room service and was not given any.. we had to constantly ask for toilet paper and towels everyday for the 5 days we were there. The mini fridge did not have a freezer option. The toilet was coming off of the wall which created a stench. The tv was stuck on a small screen so it was hard to enjoy watching at night.

The staff was very friendly with check-in, suggestions, and letting us know about all of their amenities. Hot tub was amazing!

The bed was hard, and the pillows were not the best. Our room had 1 towel and 1 wash cloth when we got to our room. We got some more from the front desk with no problem, but I feel that should've been ready to go in our room. Also, the y offer Dove Bars of soap. When I took my shower, there was still a used one in the shower, just nasty.

I really like the rooms with the jacuzzis and the fireplace also the one bedroom suite or the deluxe suite they call it was an excellent choice for the kids to run around in and not be cooped up.

I didn't like that we were told that we weren't allowed to have guest we were put out of our house for remodeling and there's a lot of people that come in and out family that we deal with on a daily basis the fact that we were told that we weren't allowed to have guests and we're local was a problem in which why we ultimately moved from the hotel

The room was very spacious, the location was pretty good, 5-10 minute drive to get food, close to attractions and the price was very reasonable

The bathroom had a funny smell, not terrible, it kept coming and going but nothing crazy, and it was a little tricky to get the coffee maker to work, what I didn’t like is that we didn’t have access to hot water for tea or coffee after breakfast hours
