The hotel staff was always smiling and friendly. The whole hotel was clean, pool area was upkept and always had fresh towels. Room itself was extremely roomy and clean.

The inconvenience of leaving the pool area to go back to the room to use the bathroom as the bathroom in that area was out of order. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but not terrible.

I love that the property was not congested by other businesses. I liked that it was a very short drive to the Giant Center and Hershey Park . I loved the politeness of the man that checked us in .. I’m sorry I did not get his name . I loved that the property was very clean . I liked that when we stepped out for the day that housekeeping tidy our room . ❤️ whom ever cleaned the room you could tell they enjoyed their job ❤️

No ice machine on our floor which was the 2 nd floor . The mattress could use an update .

The price was great for a spur of the moment booking. We were attending the farm show and wanted to get there early so we chose this place due to it being a third of the price and having decent reviews. Property itself was 13 minutes from the complex, very close to restaurants, and 7 minutes from a huge shopping complex with groceries store, food, shopping. The heated indoor pool is open until 10PM which is great. Plenty of onsite parking, carts to help with luggage, and free breakfast. We did not attend breakfast but it smelled good when we were leaving. The hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly.

It is a bit outdated, 2/5 of our lights did not work in our room. 3/5 would not have a worked but I found a light bulb to screw in. It wasn’t dirty but it didn’t feel like the cleanest place I’ve stayed in. It is good for a place to sleep overnight, or if you plan to be gone or utilizing the pool most of the time. The room does was it needs to but I would rate it a 6/10. It is great for the price and I would stay there again.

The location was great and not to far from Hershey Park. It was also accessible to food, gas, etc. Also the breakfast had a variety of things and the attendants were so sweet and helpful.

Their were guest that were stomping through the halls and their room at 1am. And that happened for hour.

We did not try the breakfast as we had medical appts. the location was good and in close proximity to where we needed to be. Very easy to get to from either direction. Very clean and seemed to be well maintained.

The pillows could be more firm and the toilet sat too close to the floor.

Property was clean. Decent location from where we were heading. Very accommodating, there were washer and dryers. Ice machine and a pool Staff was very friendly and the breakfast included was not bad at all.

Pillows sucked, very minor but not comfy at all . Will just bring my own next time

The staff was great. The room are big and well equiped. Very clean hotel with an inside pool and a free parking. All you need for breakfast (waffle maker). Good value for money. I recommand it. There are a lot of amenities around (food restaurant and food shops and a Ollie's. Don't hesitate to stop by.

Breakfast was nice, good options for a simple meal or a hot meal. Beds were very comfortable and clean.

Overall look of this hotel wasn't great. The carpets all had stains and the walls scuffed and smudged, made you wonder what else wasn't full clean.

Very welcoming, amazing greeter at the door to help and assist me after leaving another hotel. That was not willing to help me after driving six hours. I expressed to the front desk lady how my experience was another hotel and I had to leave. I have a reservation she assist me. So fast amazing

Everything was ok , breakfast could be a bit better

The Staff was very pleasant during our stay and the breakfast is very nice added value. Our room was clean and comfortable. We will be returning for future stays.

Little things as the hotel is showing some needs on the property with the age and upkeep needed. The property is still nice and we had an enjoyable stay.
