I stayed at this hotel and honestly, what made the whole experience special wasn’t the room or the location — it was the man at the front desk. He looked like he was in his 40s, and carried himself with the manners and respect of someone much older. The location was perfect. The room was sufficiently clean, aside from a couple little things that appeared to me missed by housekeeping. The staff was excellent, very polite and accommodating.

The ice machine was broken, so we had to go to the hotel next door to get ice. Not really a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. The breakfast very limited but it did it's job.

Front desk was very pleasant. Check in and check out were easy. Bed was comfortable. Area was nice. 12 minutes straight down the road from the Hershey Park main entrance.

I was not impressed with the breakfast- mini muffins, coffee, and juice. Would have preferred continental. The location was very convenient and parking was plentiful. The room and bathroom were clean.

The mattress was sunken in and every turn that was made was audible. I did not have a restful night.

We are only there for one night. We went to Hershey for a concert. The location was perfect.

The breakfast wasn't anything to rave about. So we went to a diner close by.

The survey asks us every day for a weeks now it's terrible, no need to ask you 30 times, it's ridiculous

They survey should stop after maybe 2 times i am still getting them every day for weeks

Beds were not comfortable, they said breakfast was included however they only had like muffins and coffee.

Juan the Manager of both the Super 8 and the Motel 6 next door was excellent. He was super friendly and if you needed anything he rushed to get it. He made our stay a delight.
