Both breakfasts were EXCELLENT and I enjoyed the dining area with my friends. The gentleman in charge of breakfast was more than helpful and very polite and cheerful. The bar tender was very competent and cheerful and recommended to us some excellent choices of local restaurants. She was very helpful and fun to talk to. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk staff were always friendly and helpful.

Only two petty things: My room (425) only had 4 packs of De-Caf coffee and no regular. There was no Kleenex left in the box in the bathroom. The noise from the freeway is very loud but I found that it didn't ruin my sleep. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Next time I will ask for a room facing the front parking lot.

Difficult to sleep due to Highway noise. Recommend a google type view of hotel to be added to show what is around hotel before picking roomElectronic key did not work.

Mark was exceptional. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the better ive had. Beds very comfortable. Recommend a room on front side of building- minor highway noise if on back, but not enough to be disruptive.

The Hampton Inn was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was very nice. It was a convenient stay near Lake Tobias, which was our destination.

The pool could have been a little cleaner. But we did enjoy a swim.

Level of excellence was unexpected. The room size, cleanliness and staff service above and beyond.

The noise level at the pool was deafening!

Everything was great but road noise was VERY loud!! One needs to know if you stay here and want to be able to sleep at night, you need to be in the front, not back of hotel. You need to be in the even numbered rooms!!!

The room was nice, slept good.

The breakfast was so, so. Stayed at other hotels, lower scale hotels and had a much better breakfast, more of a selection.

Hotel was exceptional for a Hampton Inn Harrisburg/Hershey. Updated and clean. Breakfast was well stocked and maintained. Appreciated the quiet hours signs as hotel has a tendency to have children running the halls. Wish there was similar sign at outdoor pool area for nighttime activity as children were screaming at 9:45pm (my room was located directly outside). Fire pit area is a nice addition. Front desk personnel and housekeeping staff friendly. Overall a great experience and will be returning.

Almost everything was very nice.

There was only one set of towels in the bathroom and they were damp—as if they had never been in the dryer. Staff apologized and we got two sets of dry towels.

The room was ok.

I was charged when I booked the room. 330.36 for 2 nights .Then I was charged again when we stayed. Total 660.72 dollars and I'm still waiting for the wrong billing to be put back on my card. Check you bank!!!
