Great stay, close to Hershey. Room was excellent, breakfast excellent, staff excellent. We liked the vintage arcade games and that the hotel had board game check outs. We liked having a microwave and fridge. Heated pool was decent but small. Bed was pretty good.

Temperature in the arcade was too hot. Water cooler in gym did not work and no out of order sign. Water fountain to fill bottles near lobby was very slow — literally several minutes to fill a twelve ounce bottle. Pool a bit small if the place is packed. If you need a hotel pool, I would not recommend this place for a holiday weekend.

Location was excellent. Short drive to Hershey Park and Chocolate Ave, which were our main reason for the stay. Walkability to small shopping center across the street and a bigger one nearby, with many several dining options. Many dining options within short drive distance as well. Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was your usual hotel fare but tasty. Staff was very courteous.

It was extremely clean ! You could smell the cleaning products when you walked in which I loved. Staff was friendly the room was so clean and comfy and very up to date. I also loved that the tv had normal channels and good movies to watch. Also breakfast was delish and healthy as well. Definitely would go back !

The property was great nothing to really complain about besides the shower the pipes made a banging noise when you turned it on a warm temperature..

The hotel and breakfast met my expectations. The service was excellent. Always keeping the place clean. Breakfast was a plus. Food trays were constantly being refilled. The staff was always willing to see that we were comfortable. Such pleasant people. I will definitely come back.

I can’t say anything bad about this place.

We were deciding on a halfway overnight stop between Virginia and New York State and settled for Hershey with Holiday Inn Express in mind as we were always satisfied with the good size room and amenities that included a good breakfast.. It was close to Hershey Chocolate World and very easy to get on the highway to continue our journey.. a good pit-stop for us!

No complaints - Everything was as we expected

Excellent location, impeccably clean, friendly staff. No frills, but enough amenities to make your stay comfortable. Snacks and drinks available 24/7 at front desk and indoor pool open to 11 which was great after a day at the park. Breakfast was delicious and wide variety! This was place was CLEAN! Highly recommend!

The sheets were as soft as cashmere. The pillows were the perfect firmness. I slept so well, I didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was actually flavorful and I’m very happy Tabasco was offered for the eggs. My favorite part was the hazelnut creamer and the wonderfully clean keurig machine in our room.

Nice property. Great location to attractions and restaurants. The staff were friendly. Nice pool and dining area.

The cleanliness wasn’t that great. My room didn’t appear to be vacuumed at all. There were hair strands in the shower and crumbs all on the carpet

The location to Hersheypark and area stores was great. The staff was very helpful when our ac wasn't working when we first got there. Super nice! The breakfast was great too.

The price was a bit high.
