Bedding is a little on the less clean side. Lots of hair under mattresses, headboards not wiped. Gym leaves a little bit to be desired. Only has 1 wash/dryer machine each, so if someone else is using, you have to wait. Walls are kinda thin; I heard my daughter calling for me half way down the hallway and she was just in the shower.

My family and I enjoyed how spacious and comfortable the room was. We also enjoyed how all the outlets that were available to us in the room. We enjoyed how clean the facility was. The staff were attentive and helpful in answering and resolving any issues that may arise. In my family's case, there were no issues. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to other families who are interested in lodging there.

I did not like how the food was practically done by the time we arrived for breakfast. The yogurt, eggs, and sausage were practically done by the time we got there. Some families who arrived later than my family did really did not have much food to select from for breakfast.

Easy check in and out Room had plenty of towels and fully equipped. Beds very comfortable. 10 minutes to Hershey park. Wonderful place. Great value

The housekeeper didn’t clean the room anywhere we had any belongings They didn’t make the beds because a shirt was left on it or wipe the counter if there was a book or personal item on it. They left a note on the bed stating as much. Wish they made that known earlier This was our only complaint. Otherwise everything else was. Very very good

It was clean and very close to Hershey Park. The breakfast was very good.

The key wouldn’t work in the door. We had to keep going back to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. Thankfully we was on the first floor close to the lobby. The door to our room was very hard to open. We had to get a staff member to open it and when you opened it had to be pushed hard because it wouldn’t go past one part of the floor. They never came in to clean our room and give us fresh towels.

The room was huge. Overall the place was really good. The breakfast was good clean. I would definitely stay again but I would do some things differently.

Well the fact that I fell in the bathtub and they didn't seem to care. I sent my daughter down to get more towels so I could put one down on the bath tub floor so I could get up. What they need to realize is if something happens they should be very concerned for the person's safety because a week later I'm still having issues from that fall.

I wasn’t there long; we got into town for a concert that we found was unfortunately cancelled. When we checked out after about an hour, the property owner/manager was nice enough to refund me 1/2 of the room cost. He took it upon himself to do so after hearing what had happened. It was totally unexpected and really appreciated. I don’t know if I’ll be back in the area but I would definitely return there since the staff was so thoughtful. The room was very clean and comfortable for the brief time we were there.

The guy from front desk so unfriendly. The people from kitchen were very nice and another lady called Jesenia from front desk was really nice. But that guy ughhh don't have any idea to deliver a pleasant stay. Plus, he double charged me for the stay because that happens when you don't enjoy your job. Without that guy it will be a perfect stay for me. Comfort Inn make it better.

It’s basically 10 mins from everything!! Super great location! Also a lot of parking and has plenty of food places near by! Staff were very friendly and kind and the breakfast was awesome! They made sure food was constantly being replenished and tables were cleaned as soon as it opened up!

Only downside as of recent was the construction going on around the hotel which made getting in and out of the parking lot a little tricky but nothing you can’t manage!

For a family the suite is nice to have the extra room for moving around. Kids have room to play. The breakfast was very good and the pool was nice! I enjoy the 24 hour coffee and lemon water available.

The brochure rack has information for things a little ways away. If there were some direct items to review and do within the 10-15 miles it would have been helpful. Ice machines were not working. We did not use the gym equipment, so no feed back for that.

Good location and very comfortable beds.

The room would not get cold enough for us, The set up just doesn't work. The AC is too low and too close to the bed, that it blocked the air from cooling the room. Would of been nice also, if the front desk gentleman that checked us in was a little more personable or at least smiled.
