My family and I enjoyed how spacious and comfortable the room was. We also enjoyed how all the outlets that were available to us in the room. We enjoyed how clean the facility was. The staff were attentive and helpful in answering and resolving any issues that may arise. In my family's case, there were no issues. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to other families who are interested in lodging there.

I did not like how the food was practically done by the time we arrived for breakfast. The yogurt, eggs, and sausage were practically done by the time we got there. Some families who arrived later than my family did really did not have much food to select from for breakfast.

It was clean and very close to Hershey Park. The breakfast was very good.

The key wouldn’t work in the door. We had to keep going back to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. Thankfully we was on the first floor close to the lobby. The door to our room was very hard to open. We had to get a staff member to open it and when you opened it had to be pushed hard because it wouldn’t go past one part of the floor. They never came in to clean our room and give us fresh towels.

The room was huge. Overall the place was really good. The breakfast was good clean. I would definitely stay again but I would do some things differently.

Well the fact that I fell in the bathtub and they didn't seem to care. I sent my daughter down to get more towels so I could put one down on the bath tub floor so I could get up. What they need to realize is if something happens they should be very concerned for the person's safety because a week later I'm still having issues from that fall.

I wasn’t there long; we got into town for a concert that we found was unfortunately cancelled. When we checked out after about an hour, the property owner/manager was nice enough to refund me 1/2 of the room cost. He took it upon himself to do so after hearing what had happened. It was totally unexpected and really appreciated. I don’t know if I’ll be back in the area but I would definitely return there since the staff was so thoughtful. The room was very clean and comfortable for the brief time we were there.

The guy from front desk so unfriendly. The people from kitchen were very nice and another lady called Jesenia from front desk was really nice. But that guy ughhh don't have any idea to deliver a pleasant stay. Plus, he double charged me for the stay because that happens when you don't enjoy your job. Without that guy it will be a perfect stay for me. Comfort Inn make it better.

It’s basically 10 mins from everything!! Super great location! Also a lot of parking and has plenty of food places near by! Staff were very friendly and kind and the breakfast was awesome! They made sure food was constantly being replenished and tables were cleaned as soon as it opened up!

Only downside as of recent was the construction going on around the hotel which made getting in and out of the parking lot a little tricky but nothing you can’t manage!

For a family the suite is nice to have the extra room for moving around. Kids have room to play. The breakfast was very good and the pool was nice! I enjoy the 24 hour coffee and lemon water available.

The brochure rack has information for things a little ways away. If there were some direct items to review and do within the 10-15 miles it would have been helpful. Ice machines were not working. We did not use the gym equipment, so no feed back for that.

We didn't get up for breakfast, but enjoyed the coffee, in the lobby. Kind of prices, for overnight, pool closes at 10pm too early.

Water was dripping from our ceiling vent/fixtures in the bathroom, I tried calling the front desk, but phone didn't work, I had to take elevator to lobby, and report it. She came to the room, to see it, and said she will call the person in the room above us. They stated they were taking a shower only, and didn't see any water on the floor I was told by front desk, that I could be moved into another room, or receive a discount, I went with the discount, however, I did not see it on my statement. The a/c thermostat was not working well, never got cold enough in the room. pool closes too early at 10pm summertime!! Please look into this.

Beds were comfortable, shower was fantastic. Front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was good for getting to Hershey or Harrisburg. Maintenance guy was very helpful when my mother stumbled on the sidewalk, he helped her all the way to the car and into it.

Price was a little steep. Could have used a sign up on 322 directing us to use Greyson(?) St. to get to Milroy St. We drove past twice trying to figure out how to get down to it.

Loved the spacious rooms, how close to shopping/food/attractions it was and easy to find.

The breakfast was not the greatest (bugs in OJ twice, crispy sausage pieces, overcrowded), hair dryer was coming off the wall, a lot of construction in the area. No discounts offered (military, aarp etc, because we booked thru booking and they didn't offer there)
