Really liked the size of our room and the wet bar area was a nice bonus, the bed was comfy and the room was nice and clean. We came for a concert and the location was great. Not too close to all the hustle and bustle of the park traffic but only about a 5 min drive to get there. We would come back to this location again.

The only thing I was say was not great was we were beside the elevator which I know can get noisy and it was. We could hear it coming and go. I am a deep sleeper so it did not bother me but I could see that bothering others.

The room was wonderful and spacious. It had everything we needed and everyone slept very comfortably. The room was quiet which was quiet appreciated as we had driven until late at night. The breakfast was great - more than expected, oatmeal with many different kind of topping, eggs toast and such. Everything was made fresh which is what we wanted.

We were expecting a heated pool. In Canada, we do not really encounter none heated pool. It was a little disappointed as we were expecting to go for a swim with the kids in the morning, but the water was way too cold for us to be able to do so.

The property was really nice. Close to everything and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Not a huge offering but certainly filling and offered variety. We especially loved the spinach quiche cups.

We always look for a pool for the kids after a long drive. While we we’re grateful for an indoor pool in March it was a little disappointing it was not heated. Water was pretty cold and the kids had a hard time swimming because they couldn’t get warm. Just never had a cold indoor pool at a hotel.

Room was clean & comfortable! The pull out sofa was perfect! Hot breakfast was available every morning. The location was very close to Hershey Park which is what we needed.

The hot tub wasn't working our entire stay. It would be nice to see more breakfast selections (individually wrapped cereal bowls with kid favorites). One tv in our room wasn't working correctly, we were told to unplug everything & try it again (it never worked & no one ever came to check why)

The breakfast was good on Friday morning but Saturday morning they had breakfast sandwich in a bag and the juice machine was not working I told the lady and she fixed the juice machine. The room was comfortable, clean and plenty of room. We also enjoyed the car show right next door on the museum’s property

The property was very close proximity to everything that we needed the park, restaurants stores, etc.

My only complaint about the property which were the rooms was that we had suites and there should’ve been a door separating the two beds and no exhaust fan in the bathroom

The close proximity to the Herahey Park..Absolutely very beneficial...The staff was helpful..A nice place to stay if your visiting the park..

The broken door at the end of the first floor hallway...That door remaind broken all week, which made it inconvenient for me and my family to enter the hotel on the first floor...That issue needs to be fixed ASAP...

The 2 queen suite was amazing! We had so much room. The staff was super nice as always. And the breakfast is the best!! It's my favorite part of coming here. This time when we checked in we were even asked if a certain floor was ok for us. I really liked that.

With breakfast - have out another flavor waffle topping than just strawberry. Some people are allergic.

The location was so convenient near Hershey entertainment places. The size of the room was fantastic. We had a queen suite and it had a whole living room area. The staff were so friendly.

There was hair in the tub when we got there, which really grossed me out.

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've stayed in at a hotel like this, and the breakfast was really good with a nice variety, ready made egg sandwiches and quiche wrapped individually perfect for on-the-go. The staff at breakfast were right there Incase anything needed to be re-filled, and the waffle maker was a nice touch. Check in and check out were a breeze, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelt great in the shower, everything was clean
