All the staff were exceptionally cheery and helpful. The whole place was very clean. Apparently recently remodeled. The room had all the extras, was larger than expected and again, clean. Great location. Was right across from a seminar I was attending and half the room cost. Great value for the price. I would stay there again.

The elevator was being worked on and I was initially assigned a room on upstairs level. I mentioned I am recovering from a fractured ankle and had a heavy suitcase and the staff immediately reassigned me to a first floor room. So they solved the problem right away. So it was a positive.

Took a chance booking this hotel after reading about alleged "cancelled reservations" and while I can see that happening, I also dont solely blame the property as its not JUST their responibility to ensure your reservation is confirmed. [I confirmed twice before my arrival date. I suppose that makes me better.] Something to note. The pool was NOT green. A lot of the reviews I seen really complained about the green pool and if you just did a little research you would have found out that Hilton very recently accuired this property and judging by the photos just hadnt shocked and treated it at the time. Sorry for the bad timing. In all my travels the worst thing i have to rate about the experience are the reviews left by people that think they need to be treated like royalty wherever they go. This is a 2-Star Hotel Linda. It is not the Ritz-Carlton. Stop acting like you are deserved something just because you booked a room. There was nothing wrong with this property and whatever small problems exist are being addressed.

Whatever was wrong is not worth listing as I am not a stuck-up snob.

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend to visit Hersheypark with my husband and two kids. Check in was easy, hotel room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice for the kids especially the zero entry and mushroom for my toddler. Hersheypark is 5 minutes away, lots of food options near us. It was nice to have streaming services on the tv as well. Forgot a razor and they had some behind the desk( a little thing but it was a life saver lol)

No microwave in the room. No hot breakfast options. We were on the first floor in an outside entry room(like a motel) I didn’t mind it because it was relatively quiet. But a bit inconvenient when going to the lobby or pool as you have to go all the way around the hotel outside.

I loved the pool area and water features, the location, and the bright look on the inside.

I hated the bathrooms in the queen 2 bed room. Hated is actually an understatement. The bathroom was AWFUL. I could barely move my arms without touching the wall. The fan didn’t work in our bathroom, leaving the bathroom stuffy and cramped. The entire layout of the bathroom is not good, including the sink outside of the bathroom with no curtain or wall separating sink from beds.

The price was low and it is a pet-friendly hotel, so I wasn’t expecting much. I was so pleased! Many of my colleagues were concerned about their credit card limits after having booked with hotels nearby. I thought this was a great value for the price, and the people were conscientious, helpful, and very friendly! I am a pet lover, but I don’t travel with them. There was no evidence of anyone else’s pets or any unpleasant pet signs or odors. A great deal!

Herbal tea would be a nice touch to the coffee bar. :)

When I checked in they had used the cc I had to hold the room. I wanted to pay with a different card. They quickly refunded the old card so I could use the new card. I was traveling with my dog so they gave me a room with an exterior door... made things much simpler. The rooms were large and clean with soft towels. The breakfast bar was great! The good and the way it was set up was superb .This was a great hotel.

Really appreciated that the staff served up breakfast a little earlier than posted hours which allowed many of the guest’s including our party to get over to the AACA car show when it opened at 7. Staff was very kind and friendly. Will stay at this hotel again.

Some guests were noisy in hall late at night and very early in mornings. This wasn’t an issue with hotel itself, just some rude people staying there.

Not only for just the price … this place was amazing !! The guy at the front desk was incredibly welcoming & its smelled like chocolate everywhere. there was hot chocolate & coffee 24/7 which just hit the spot late at night. the place was clean & at such a good location. The breakfast was so great, way better than i could have expected. I will 100% be staying here again.

The parking lot wasn’t my favorite, I didn’t like having to go around the entire building to get out but I understand the property is in a tough spot so that wasn’t bad at all. That was the only bad thing I could say :)

Actually I was impressed with the creative simplicity of my room. You had everything I needed in it and I didn't have to pay for extravagance. Great job of offering a clean safe place at a reasonable price.

Friendly staff, everyone seemed like they were happy to have us there. Which is hard to come by post COVID as customer service has generally taken a dive in every industry. Rooms are clean and conveniently laid out. If you want a simple no muss no fuss experience this is a great hotel.

The only real downside to the room was no desk and chair. I saw this in prior reviews so it didn't really come as a surprise but if you intend on traveling for business or eating in the room this can be inconvenient.
