The room was super comfortable and clean. I picked the location because it is very close to Hershey Park.

I was disappointed that the hotel cost $600 per night and coffee was not included in that price. The advertising for a restaurant on site was not exactly what I would consider a restaurant. The Bistro staff were wonderful, but it is not what I consider a full service restaurant.

Clean beautiful room and facility.

Reserved a King bed stayed in a queen due to maintenance issues. Also i did not have a charger which i left at home. The cords i had didn't match your older charger outlets in the room. No options available for loaning a cord by the front desk or advice for purchase. Ran to a local convenient store to buy one since it was didn't available for purchase. Otherwise a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

This property was amazing and it was our first time here. The staff were so polite and willing to help with anything. I should’ve asked for the 2 front desk ladies names. They were both super sweet and made us feel welcomed! Even the housekeepers greeted us in the morning and gave us whatever toiletries we needed without a problem. We will indeed be coming back to this location soon!

Everything was amazing. Although I did wish pool hours could be 24 hrs at least for adults but other than that everything was great.

Clean, comfortable, nice decor with friendly, helpful, courteous front desk staff the lady that was running the bar / restaurant was exceptional as well. Very good value for a one night stay to see Cirque de Soleil the venue for Cirque du Soleil was very close only about six minutes away.

The quality of the food and drinks are not what we’re used to normally being served. I would go elsewhere for that.

The indoor pool looked bigger in pictures. Room was smaller than we expected. was disappointed no cake pops thinking Starbucks was really Starbucks but the staff there were exceptional and the complimentary breakfast was incredable!

Our stay was even better than I expected. This was probably the cleanest and upkept hotel I have stayed in, in a very long time. I liked the layout of the room, everything was very nice and comfortable. It's just a few minutes away from tons of restaurants, Hershey Park, and the Giant Center.

The staff was wonderful and always kind and helpful. The bistro was perfect.

The mattress was a killer on the back and some of the most uncomfortable we have ever experienced, even the kids ended up having back discomfort from them.

The room was cute and clean. There's a place to get drinks on the lobby and a fire pit! The staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Everything was great but if I have one small complaint it would be that the bed was very firm.

Clean, beds, pillows very comfortable. The room very comfortable which is updated very nicely. The outdoor area was very nice. We enjoyed siting by the gas fireplace after a long day of driving with a cocktail.

I was disappointed in the food in the Restaurant Bistro, The margarita flatbread was like a cheese pizza. The main restaurant was open, and part of the lobby, go up to the counter to order. Was expecting a more formal dining area. The outdoor seating area and fire pit , did make up for it.
