The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect since are destination was the Hershey Medical Center. There was a shopping center close by with many choices for a meal. If need be will stay again if the need arises.

The only downside was I couldn’t have my dog with me. The lobby was small which was fine unless you had a few people waiting to check in. Oh I almost forgot, no coffee pot, I always have a hot drink at night and wasn’t able since I didn’t have a way to heat water.

I loved that it is close to Hershey medical hospital where my husband was. The price was right and my room was clean. Very comfortable and quiet. Plenty of covered parking and I felt safe there. Since I don't drink coffee, it was not a problem for no coffee maker in the room. I got my meals at the hospital and after a long day at the hospital (almost 1 week) I was glad to get back to my room for a hot shower and comfy bed! The staff were great!

The A/C worked well, the room was pretty spacious, and I really appreciated that there were two chairs and a desk in the room. There was free parking. The staff accommodated our request for a later checkout. The room was not spotless--corners and edges (floors and ceilings) could have used a better cleaning--but the areas of the room that were important--sink, tables, bed, chairs--were clean. The beds were okay, but the mattresses were a little lumpy/lopsided. The hotel is a little off the beaten path, but close enough to easily get to all the attractions and is right next door (walking distance) to a Fuddrucker's. Overall, we were comfortable there, and were able to enjoy our vacation without any major issues with the room while still paying what we felt was a very reasonable price for the rooms.

Some areas of the room could have been cleaner--corners and edges of the floors and behind furniture. (I had to pull the bed out looking for something I thought I had dropped back there and it was pretty dusty.) A little more care could be taken to make sure the towels left in the room are clean and free of any debris (we could not use one of the towels for this reason) and that they are all replaced even if it doesn't look like they were used. (The towels under the sink were a little dusty and I wondered if maybe they weren't replaced for a while because they hadn't been used.)

The front desk staff was really nice and efficient during the check-in process. They had a lot of pamphlets for area attractions. The sheets were surprisingly soft and super comfortable. We had working outlets, a fridge, TV, and a microwave. It worked perfect for my family for what we needed for the night.

Finding the ice machine was a little hard, and we didn't see any signage directing us to it. When we originally booked it we thought breakfast was included but apparently, those services have been suspended even though they're still listed on the site we booked through.

I just stayed at the Escape Inn Hershey for my 4th of July vacation weekend. I was very very happy staying at this hotel. It was very clean, very comfortable beds and the fella at the front desk was so nice and it was the perfect spot to stay for Hershey Park and great for the two Concerts I attended during my stay. Beautiful area and very close to all the parks and entertainment. I loved it here and most definitely I would love to book my stay again at the Escape Inn Hershey Hotel. Hopefully soon! Wasn’t expecting much more than a basic place to lay our heads for the night. We had a sick kid from too many roller coaster rides in the park so we almost skipped the reservation. So glad we didn’t! The man at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I’m assuming he is also a parent because his suggestions for soothing an upset tummy were spot on and he even told me which store to go to. The room was excellent with ice cold AC, clean, plenty of towels and pillows. The price was phenomenal! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back to stay at this property if we go back to Hershey!

The rooms were so nice and clean. I really did not expect it to be as nice as it was. I was a great two-day stay. When the customer service rep told me that all the rooms were handicap accessible.

Thow outside of this hotel was very scary at first. I thought we had made a mistake staying there. The smell alone outside was similar to rotten fish. However, once inside the rooms, it was an entirely different atmosphere.

Nice clean rooms, very comfortable, close by the Hershey Park. If you are traveling with the family this is a good spot to stay for a night or 2. Good Wi-Fi speeds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, this hotel was a surprise for us for the price we paid.

The bathroom exhaust didnt work (if it did, it was too silent). The sink faucet pressure was too high. Splashed all over the first time you open it.

Staff is so friendly and accommodating. We were coming in for a concert (which was rescheduled), and he allowed us to get in early. Room was nice and seemed clean. Beds and sheets were comfortable enough, and the ac/heat worked very well. Location was terrific as it's close to Hershey Park, close to the city center, and close to the highway. All in all, it was a very good stay.

Hotel grounds need to be mowed and trimmed, and stair wells need to be swept. It would be nice to see a coffee maker in the room.

We were greeted at the front desk by a cheerful, friendly, and efficient staff person. The elevator was much appreciated since all the rooms are above the ground level. Our room was clean and homey, and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave. We got a good night's sleep for our quick overnight stay. We would stay there again.
