Awesome surprise to see they had a decent game room. If you could get in. The door was very tricky to open. Definitely need to replace some of the hardware around the place. But that didn't take away from the fun. It actually led to pleasant interaction with strangers helping them in the game room. But the pool was great. It's was the perfect temperature, clean, and my family got to enjoy all to ourselves for a morning swim. The genuine hospitality of the staff made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. It's very convenient for having a sheetz and a fantastic pizza right next door. And only 15 mins from hershey park. It would have been a 10 out of 10 except for the busted door for the game room, no slide at the pool (which is advertised in the front of the property), and the continental breakfast. No bacon! They did, however, have an automated instant pancake maker. That i thought was pretty cool. Overall, it was a great time. Would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for bang for your buck.

I’ve never left a booking review before, but I just had to for this stay! We absolutely loved it. Mrs. Dusty was an amazing host — so friendly, helpful, and truly made sure all our needs were met. The fresh breakfast each morning was a great bonus, the pool was cleaned daily, and the game room machines actually worked, which the kids really enjoyed! The location was perfect — just a 13-minute drive to Hershey Park, right across from a Sheetz, and only 2 minutes from Dollar General. Plus, the in-room kitchen with a full-size fridge made it easy to stock up for a few days. Would definitely stay here again!

They advertised a water slide, which really got the kids excited, but there wasn’t one at all — a big disappointment, especially since it’s featured on the sign when you pull in.

The location is easy to access being roughly a mile off the interstate. Staff at the check-in counter were friendly, accommodating and personable. The room was spacious and included a mini kitchen (sink, refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, toaster; cabinets are stocked with plates, silverware, and glassware). The beds (2 queens) were comfortable, and the room was clean. There is a game room with arcade style games, a pool table, and a small court for basketball. Included with the stay in a warm breakfast featuring eggs, pancakes, sausage or bacon (varies from day to day) as well as cereals, yogurt, sweet rolls, bagels and toast. Juice and coffee are also available. For the price, this is a great place to stay.

The bathroom was clean but a little dated. This wasn't a problem for us, but some may take issue that there isn't a vanity in the bathroom to place toiletries on.

The room and all public areas were exceptionally clean. The bathroom in our room could use some TLC (paint the ceiling and walls, new caulk, etc) but it did not impact our stay. It was still very clean. Staff was very friendly. The area is nice and quiet, like being out in the country but you're just 15 minutes from Hershey.

The pool room was really hot, like being in a sauna. The kids didn't mind it because they were swimming, but my wife and I didn't swim and the heat was almost unbearable for us just sitting there.

The room was perfect for our needs. My daughter's place was too small for us to stay so she was able to drop our two grandchildren off when she went to work. It was great to have breakfast with them! They (and we) enjoyed the arcade and LOVED the pool! It was close to the Hershey Chocolate World experience along with local shopping and restaurants.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We were concerned as there were some very negative reviews left online. I hadn't really read them carefully, but my daughter called me and was concerned after she read them. I don't understand what some found wrong as everything met and definitely exceeded our expectations! I signed up for Choice Rewards as I hope that the MainStay experience is exceptional across the board.

I really liked the amenities! I was amazed at how how much stuff was in the kitchen I've personally never stayed somewhere with such a nice kitchen area and how you could also borrow appliances. The staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious. Lots of lighting and electrical outlets. Was very clean towels and rags were very nice quality.

I unfortunately had a view of a brick wall not that that is terrible but since I spent a lot of time in the room I wished I had something more to look at no big deal though not every room is going to be able to have a view. It could have just been me but the mattress made it very hard for me to sleep the entire trip that's probably the biggest downfall for me but that could have just been me in picky about mattresses. The tiny pillows were also a downfall

I’ve stayed here before (years ago) so I knew that it was a good place to stay. I spent almost 24 hours in the hospital with my mom who was getting surgery done and needed a room for the night. My nieces were happy that they were able to swim in the morning before checking out, but I was surprised to see that the water slide was removed. That was always a great memory from previous stays. I was happy with the pillows and happy that breakfast was provided.

The only thing that I can say is that our toilet didn’t want to flush. My fiancé went down to the front desk for a plunger and did pull up a thick chunk of hair when plunging. He said that the desk offered to change our room if it was a plumbing issue, but I am not a big complainer and my nieces were already sleeping from our LONG DAY so we just made do with it.

This was a great location, the room accommodated our whole group (3 adults, 2 children, one baby in provided crib). The pool and game room were highlights for the kids and paired with the noon checkout time allowed us to avoid the costs of another day's worth of entertainment.

The beds weren't fantastic. The game room was an added cost and had many claw machine games that you never win- would have preferred more skee ball style games.

We loved the Room. The kitchen was a surprise, I forgot it had one. The updated game room was nice, and this is primarly why we chose to stay here again. We loved the indoor pool, mini golf and basketball court in the past. No more mini golf was sad but we did spend some money playing games. Forgot to cash out the points for a toy but thats okay. Breakfast was okay. Pancakes always are good.

I didnt like how hot it was in the game room. Unable to lower the heat or open a window was not fun.. I wish there was more options for breakfast. I did not like the breakfast sandwiches. I wish there was an option for cereal or waffles.

Our family went to Hershey for a little getaway. This hotel was a few miles away from the main entrance but the drive was easy. We picked this hotel because of its location and it had an indoor pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating. In fact after checking out they let us go back into our room for forgotten items not once but twice. We loved it here and would stay here again. Good value and wonderful place.

Breakfast was good but could have more choices.
