We have stayed in this hotel before-we like it's proximity to the Giant Center. We enjoy the pool when we have the time. the front desk staff have been wonderful as have the housekeeping staff. The hotel is pretty quiet considering its location.

I wish that the breakfast room was open at times other than breakfast. It would be nice to sit in there when you need a break from your room, and if you bring in take out food-I'd rather eat at one of the tables than on the bed in my room. We stayed there right after COVID and i get why they kept it closed then, but I thought maybe that might have been changed by now. Also, the lighting in the room was very dim-even the bathroom. I could use one bright light to read by or to apply makeup. And the tv remote in our room had seen better days. It was being held together with what looked to be surgical tape, and was kind of gross to handle where tape was peeling. Please replace.

Room was so clean and comfortable...glad that carpeting and bedspreads are a thing of the past. Facility very quiet, and location was convenient to Harrisburg and Gettysburg. Those make-your-own waffles at the breakfast bar are delicious, but the real treat was the urn of hot chocolate on the night I checked in...never saw that amenity before and really enjoyed it. Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was helpful and very pleasant, and overall I thought it was a great value for my single night stay.

Really felt it was terrific all around for a single night's stay.

This place is an incredible value! We stayed here on our way to a music festival in New Jersey, so coming from Michigan it was about 10pm when we arrived and many area restaurants were closed. The front desk was SO kind and let us have a DoorDash delivery left there prior to our arrival. The hotel itself was very well maintained and clean, but the room was incredible! There was so much space, the fireplace set a lovely ambiance and was easy to use (switch on the wall), the spa tub worked well, and I loved that there was a separate half bath in the main area. Would absolutely stay here again and again!

Breakfast was very good. Hotel was clean and responsive.

I did not like that I called the hotel in the morning to see if it was a problem to check in early and was told that my room accommodations were available but when I checked in I was charged for a $25 early check in fee. Makes absolutely no sense to me. There was not additional staff required to get my room readied sooner for my stay. I can see when there is excessive events and demands for the prior evenings to charge additional early check in fees but please give me a break on this. My room was available at 11ish and I checked in at approximately 2:15-2:30. Not very customer service friendly to me. This is the first time I've experienced an early check-in fee.

The breakfast was my favorite part. You can't beat a hot breakfast! I also really enjoyed the fact that it's an animal friendly hotel. While we didn't have an animal with us, my toddler loves dogs and was just over the moon seeing all of them! The rates were decent for the location and quality of the hotel.

Didn't really like the handicap accessible shower in our room. While it is great, there really isn't any way to prevent the water from running out of the shower and all over the floor. I can imagine this isn't easy for an actual handicap person to clean up or work around very easily!

Well, after being on the road for a month, we finally found the best place!! Was greeted by fresh homemade cookies, hot chocolate or coffee. In the morning, we left earlier than anticipated (avoiding an oncoming storm), and the staff lady was busy cleaning the floors in the foyer. When she knew we were leaving and would miss breakfast, she supplied us with a fresh cup of coffee, a muffin, yogurts and oranges. How beautiful was that!!

We wish we would have had more time to enjoy the facilities.

Staff was awesome. Funny and super helpful, especially at check in. I arrived early and they did me the favor of allowing me to check in a little early rather than having to wait in my truck. (It was raining and I had my little dog with me, so that was very much appreciated.) The room was perfectly clean and very cozy. The breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet and relaxing. I had a great stay.

I think I would have appreciated one more lamp/light source in the room? but other than that small detail, nothing to complain about!

Checking in was very easy, and the clerk was very friendly. The room was prepared ahead of time w/ the AC running and cool. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Having the desk was very helpful. There was nothing I didn't like about the room. The fitness room was acceptable, too, although the remote control didn't work.

The powdered eggs needed to be cooked longer. They were too watery. Breakfast options were OK, but some healthier cereal options would be nice. Too many sugar-sweetened cereals.

Very close to many food options we stayed as a kids birthday surprise for 5 kids to swim they allowed early check in at 1 pool and hot tub were great. The gentleman on nights when we stayed there was so helpful I forgot my key he quicking made another supplied us with extra towels, came looking to see if we had left a pink wallet at the pool, and followed us back to are room with a bottle opener to help us open a bottle.

The front desk woman was not very friendly. She also told are children they could not go in the hot tub when she over heard are kiddos asking if they could go in all were over the age of 5 as stated by the rules.Pool and hot tub area in the morning was very coordinated some of are kids had some coughing and we had burning of the eyes but in the p.m. it was much better

The proximity to Hersey. It was literally a 5 minute drive to the park. Breakfast is included. It’s your typical breakfast. Only wish they offered more fruit options than just bananas.

There was only one ice machine which is on the first floor. Floors 2 and 3 are plumbed for them but they weren’t installed yet. The staff said they will be within the next month or so. However, there’s a Sheetz right across from the hotel so getting bagged ice was not an issue.
