The hotel is in a quiet manicured business neighborhood. Many food choices around. Caring staff. Family-friendly atmosphere. It felt safe to come rest as a traveler. A tidy indoor pool area to unwind. Clean rooms, super comfy pillows. Having the warm breakfast was delightful! Very much hit the spot. Thank you for that! Good selection with something for everyone. Again, a family- friendly atmosphere. You can even make waffles!

Not enough seating in the dining area on the morning that I was there, a little difficult to keep the rule of eating breakfast only in the dining area. Felt a bit rushed to give up my seat for another family. Otherwise the food and all the amenities were excellent!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for so I was worried when the price wasn't astronomical...but boy was I wrong! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was much bigger than I expected and was clean. We had an issue with our AC going out at 1am and the front desk was quick to check the issue and move us to a room with ac. The pool was well kept and clean. Breakfast had lots of options and the (ate checkout was a huge plus!!

Really not much to complain about....the pool and bathroom at the pool have super slick tiles around it which was hard with kids but overall a great place

Location off the highway, nice room , spacious, fridge and microwave. Blackout curtain. Shower was good. Bed was comfortable. Front desk check out woman was friendly and said thank you. Waffles at breakfast although the cheap margarine and syrup wasn’t good. The woman tending the breakfast area was fine, smiled.

Front desk check in wasn’t very friendly, she never smiled or said thank you. She seemed bored I guess. Highway noise from the backside, thin walls I guess. Breakfast didn’t have any pb for toast, just cheap jam packets and cheap imitation margarine. No orange juice or fruit other than tiny apples.

I liked how nice the staff was and the dining area was super clean even when a bunch of people were eating at it. I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff being very kind to me and my partner since we don’t usually stay at hotels.

I liked mostly everything however, I wish there were maybe a little more options for breakfast since a lot of people would pile near the waffles. During quiet hours there was loud noises coming from another room. Which upset me, possibly cracking down on that rule and making that rule more known would be helpful.

Room was clean. Overall hotel was clean and very quiet. Breakfast area (worker, Amber) was fantastic!! She was top notch with keeping everything stocked and refilled, counters and tables cleaned off, and would answer any questions and helpful to anyone that needed something. She literally was wiping/cleaning the legs of the chairs in the breakfast area. Attention to detail was great. Pool was small but was clean and refreshing after a long busy day out. OVERALL - this hotel was perfect for our needs and we would stay again.

Bathroom needed some TLC. The sink was clogged (drained very slow); the faucet was old (pitted); and the caulking around the entire bathtub needed to be re-done. Shower's water pressure was low. Pool area could have used a few more regular (not lounge) chairs. Pool area - Tile flooring was VERY SLIPPERY!!! Bed pillows were skimpy.

The property was very clean. The king room was a nice size with a comfortable bed and pillows. Nicely located near multiple restaurants. And not too far from Hershey Park. Breakfast was good-typical hotel breakfast, clean and well stocked. Easy check in/out. Nice to have a noon check out.

We had a first floor room near the parking lot and patrons leaving in the morning earlier than we were awake were loud. But that is of no fault of the hotel staff. Check out isn’t until noon, and I guess a room or two had checked out early across from us and housekeeping was vacuuming a bit early for our liking.

we had just stayed at the Country Inns and Suites in Gettysburg for 3 nights and needed 1 night in Hershey before coming home . Although the Hotel and rooms were excellent , our rooms 402 and 404 were very noisy making it difficult to get a good night sleep due to being right along the expressway . There were other hotels in the area that were not along the expressway . I will pay closer attention to location in the future .

The individuals that checked us in and our were very helpful and friendly. The person we checked in remembered hat we had talked, perhaps because of my uncommon last name. When we checked out, I reported that the toilet paper roll device had come unscrewed and fell off, that I tried to put it back together, bit that it would take an allen wrench. She was grateful that I reported it and she would see that it got fixed. I noticed it was loose the night before, but just thought it was the way it operated.

That I couldn't stay another night.

I loved the pool and hot tub. The inn was conveniently located to Harrisburg, Hershey, Gettysburg , and Intercourse areas. It was located in a quiet area with a Sheetz a block over. Breakfast consisted of cereals, fruit items, muffins/bread/bagels, and a waffle maker daily. In addition, they rotated a variety of meats, eggs, and potatoes each day. Much more than just a continental breakfast and it was included with the price of the room. The price I got for 3 nights in such close proximity to so many attractions was outstanding! Rooms were very clean and up-to-date. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended!

Staff was great, very nice and accommodating. Pool area was clean and on the larger side with a very big hot tub. Breakfast was just okay, had waffle makers, eggs and sausage. We stayed here for a Hershey park trip, was a little out of the way, about 20 mins away, but for the price it was worth it.

Breakfast could have been better, room seemed on the small side.
