The staff at this hotel was so lovely and helpful! I was traveling through Harrisburg on the last leg of my cross-country move to New York, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with so much kindness. The next morning, a truck hit an electrical pole nearby that knocked the power out to multiple buildings, including the hotel, and they quickly ensured each guest was taken care of. One of the staff escorted me to my room to make sure my keys worked and even helped me carry my heavy suitcase down, since the elevator was not working. This was totally out of their control, yet they quickly rectified it as best as possible. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Good location; a 10 or 15 minute shuttle ride from Harrisburg airport, and a nice restaurant right next door. The room design is fresh and inviting. I liked the long desk surface in front of the window, and good window shades to block out the light. Nice to have the airport shuttle available any time of day or night.

1. Air conditioner was too Loud even on low mode. 2. Towels were not replenished for my suite before or when I checked in. 3. The breakfast should've been compt given the price of the room. 4. No outside food or beverages were permitted in the hotel lobby or pool side. 5. Advised the front desk of spill in front of the elevator entrance on my floor and it took 9 hours before it was responded to.

The complimentary tea and coffee is 2$ each. The breakfast was a joke for 16$. Overcooked bacon Overcooked sausage a sad looking omelette and waffle. Just not worth 16$. Make the breakfast free and the place would be a 10

When I thought I left my cellphone upon checking out, the staff were so wonderful in helping me search the room. All staff and manager interactions were friendly and professional. The breakfast package is a nice touch as well!

The bathroom door. It’s kind of a sliding floating door which doesn’t secure too well. Also, no fan in the bathroom.

I love the hotel the staff were great this my 2nd time staying at the Indigo i will be staying at the indigo every time im in Pennsylvania love it!!!

No hot breakfast but i enjoyed the continental breakfast due to restaurant not opened yet but it will be opened starting this weekend, they have really good food just wished it was opened while i was there.

The location was great. The hotel was very clean and modern looking. The shower and the available scents were amazing. It was very quiet, we didn’t hear any other guests during our stay. 100% will go back if we are in the area again.

The breakfast wasn't worth it for the 18.99 per person there is not much to choose from like other hotels and it was cold and overcooked !! but overall, I would stay again in a heartbeat I just won't get breakfast

It is a very quiet hotel with very nice rooms. We have stayed at hotel indigo before and will continue to stay in the future

Only thing I have bad to say about the hotel. The staff at the food serving area were un-attentive to the counter that we just left without getting breakfast.

Be more attentive to the counter during serving hours.
