We stopped here on the way from Toronto for two nights. After first night we visited Hershey story museum, Hershey park and then Harrisburg State Street with its magnificent PA Capitol, bridges and famous statue of gentlemen with the newspaper. All of it can be accomplished in packed one full day. After another night we went to Gettysburg and then to Air and Space museum on our way to Washington, DC. We found this hotel to be very convenient stop to accomplish all of it. Room actually was better than expected. They did some renovations. Washroom had some marble tiles and countertops, great pot lights throughout, new windows / balcony doors that kept room very very quiet even though it’s next to highway. Latch on balcony door works. Air conditioner works and quiet. Microwave and mini fridge worked and quiet. Water is hot and great pressure. We had rainfall head in our shower which was great relaxing thing after 600km drive. They also have open air swimming pool that is seasonal thing and was closed still. Bed was comfortable as well as pillows. We had nice 8h sleep, no issues. Breakfast is mini muffins, pop tarts or oatmeal. It’s basic, but we used it both days to save time for sightseeing. Coffee and tea / hot water are in lobby and available for 24h. There was plenty of parking spaces at this property and Domino’s pizza right on the corner which was also convenient as we had no power to go anywhere for dinned first night. Staff was very friendly and quietly attended to their duties all the time.

I had the nom smoking King room. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nice big screen TV mounted to the wall. Bathroom was clean. After 5 days in I woke up in the morning and did have a cockroach running around on the sink by my toothbrush. I killed it never saw another agian. Overall I'd stay afian depending on price per week

I arrived late after 12AM with my family and my 2 year old asleep on Sun night of July 4th weekend. Marco at the front desk informed us that they were overbooked and didn't have the single with 2 double beds available as they had a computer glitch and could give us 2 rooms instead. He then quickly spoke with Kristen the manager who immediately had housekeeping Sarah get a double bed room cleaned right away. Sarah was so friendly, helpful and amazing and fulfilled all our requests. The room was even more then expected. I spoke with Kristen the manager the next morning who even extended our stay to accommodate us for a few extra hours. I would deffinitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Besides wishing I could have stayed longer, I originally thought the breakfast was more then breakfast bars and pop tarts. I unfortunately didn't inquire further until I checked in and wasn't informed. But it's OK cause we slept past breakfast anyway arriving so late. I also with we stayed longer to be able to have the kids use the pool.

The location was perfect

The pool was out of service and had been for some time. They did not provide clean towels except for the first day and did not make up the room. Breakfast was non existence if you call 6oz cup and mini muffins breakfast. The staff were polite but not friendly.

Bed was comfy. Shower & water pressure were awesome. The rooms were spacious. Location is good with easy on/off highway. For the money, I can not complain.

It is a work in progress. The bathrooms were totally redone but the hall ways were dated.

Price. Ease of checking in and out.

Called because no cable or phone. Apparently someone stole the hdmi cable, never did fix the phone. Only coffee for breakfast.

Affordable, good location. The rooms were clean. Obviously not a 5-star hotel, but it definitely exceeded my expectations.

Beds need bigger sheets, ours kept coming off.

Very comfortable, spacious room and bed, with very bright and charming decor/wall art! Bathroom has a really cool mirror that you touch to light up and a nice shower (the water pressure was good, which is a personal priority). It was a perfectly pleasant stay for a two-day trip to Hershey Park. Can’t really say anything about the breakfast because I just don’t wake up early enough for that, lol. Also there’s a Dominoes pizza right next to the hotel, we literally only had to cross the parking lot to get some cheesy bread (:

Only two issues- the internet is a little jank at first. It took awhile to connect our laptop to the internet both times we tried to watch something on the TV- once it connected it was fine but the start up was just a little slow. Second- yes, there was the smell of cigarettes in our non-smoking room. I’m not sure where the smoking rooms were located but our room/hallways did smell briefly like cigs- it really wasn’t constantly noticeable and didn’t bother us at all while in the room, but when I got home I noticed my clothes/towels smelled BADLY of it. Tbh I didn’t care much at all about it but if you’re allergic/sensitive to cig smoke at all it would be quite unpleasant.

Friendly staff. Comfortable large bed. Clean . Pleasantly surprised. Some on line reviews were highly critical but my stay was exceptional.

No complaints regarding staff or facility..

It was close to everything.. price was right.. Man when we drove up to the building I thought I was back into the 60’s but when I stepped inside I was pleasantly surprised … now remember it’s a motel.. so don’t be expecting the Ritz .. I’ll be back… fo sho
