We loved the hotel, and the pools were a great perk. It had fantastic spaces for just hanging out in groups, little coves with comfy furniture, and lots of tables. There were tons of conference rooms too!

The hotel was outdated. It's a very old building, and it seems like some of the attempted updates were done too quickly and cheaply. The outside pool blue leaked off onto several of our legs after sitting in the side of the pool. The rooms had the same things, some loose caulk in the tub, and could all use a deep clean. The balcony door was almost impossible to open and close. These things wouldn't deter us from staying again.

This isn't the first time we stayed there. We never had a bad experience. But I will say that last time we were there, they got flooded with a storm. We thought they were going down hill, but we are glad we gave them another chance. They really stepped up their game and they were amazing. There is so much to do right on the property. The room was huge and clean. The facilities were beautiful. I love that they have an indoor and outdoor pool. They also have a playground, tennis courts, basketball, ping pong....etc....The staff was amazing as well.

We were disappointed that they didn't serve any breakfast. They always had an excellent breakfast, and we were disappointed not to be able to enjoy it. There was also a very rowdy crowd in the pool area. But as soon as it was brought to their attention, they attended to it.

The amenities are amazing, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I love that they have a outdoor pool playground and hot tub, but also have a indoor pool so if it rains, you can still go swimming. They have an excellent breakfast at their restaurant on property. They have many rooms to choose from somewhat balconies and some with patios . They also have a game room pickle ball and ping-pong. The lobby is very comfortable to sit on one of their couches and just relax.

I really have nothing negative to say about the property

I loved our Family Suite and the location. When we were sitting on the patio it had a beautiful surrounding. The grass is lush and green, the pool is cleaned every morning, little baby bunnies would come up to our patio and during our stay there were military airplanes that would fly over that was a cool site to see. Also Randy the owner was exceptionally in-tune with his customers. We stayed one night at first just to get a feel for if we liked the hotel for our full stay or not but the next morning we decided to stay our whole trip and Randy made sure we could keep the room we were in. One day we will be back absolutely!!! Thank you Randy for a great hotel experience.

Great place for kids, lots of fun entertainment for them. Rooms are spacious and in a good location close to food, shopping, and not far from Hershey. Hotel staff was great and very accommodating.

It did get quite noisy at night due to sports teams and school trips. The outdoor pool was closed. We did have a small issue , however, Randy called me personally and apologized. Even though the issue was out of his control, he still took ownership and wanted to make it right. What a great Hotel Manager.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Nice indoor pool and great outdoor pool area. Balconies are a nice touch. Nice location.

The only thing that was a bit of a problem was absolutely no fault of the staff, nor did we complain about it because nothing could be done. There was a pretty bad storm that came through and we had a top floor room. The rain beating down on the roof was LOUD. I mean really, REALLY LOUD. Once the storm passed we could get some rest, but there was no sleeping through that.

Plenty to keep kids busy.

I loved everything, great service from the staff, always helpful and kind. The room was clean, the bed linen was clean, I am very picky about bed linen and this was the first hotel I stayed in and had no problems with the bed linen. The location is close to everything, I loved the pool! Without a doubt, my family and I will be back.

Children screaming and banging things in the next room, but it's not the hotel's fault. For me and my family, everything was great.

For a quick family vacation, the kids thought this hotel was the best part of the whole trip! It's very kid/teen friendly. I would definitely recommend it and would come here again. The beds were comfy, too. I was impressed with the size of our room, and elated that the front desk upgraded us to two king beds and a walkout! I've never even heard of a hotel room with two king beds before! The TV channels were packed with kid-friendly channels so the kids were happy. The breakfast buffet restaurant was huge. Kids loved the large pool, huge playground, arcade, ping pong tables, indoor pool - it was amazing. So many amenities!

The hotel is old and the rooms, fixtures, etc. are shabby and in need of a renovation. The smells aren't the greatest. The grounds are well kept and neat, but you can tell a lot of pets use the bathroom. But...it's good that this place is pet friendly - it's nice to have that option, and the kids could care less. But the bathroom felt small and icky. It was clean, but the toilet seat was loose, there was no sink drain stopper, there was mold in the corners, the tub was small. The cable was shaky - the staff said that weather affects their satellite dish. No lifeguards at the pool. Hot tub always crowded, we couldn't use it.

Everything! The Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Our room was spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the pool. The facility has a resort feel to it! Very laid back! The pool was huge and well maintained along with the grounds surrounding it! There was plenty to do right there at the hotel. Game rooms, swimming (indoors and outside), a hot tub, volleyball court and tennis courts. The restaurant and bar were fabulous including reasonable prices! And the hotel accommodated our canine companion! I really can’t say enough good things about this place! Highly recommended!
