The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient, situated close to Hershey's Chocolate World, various stores, and restaurants, which made exploring the area easy. Although we didn't have a chance to enjoy the pool, the water was notably warm and clean. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and I would definitely consider returning for the comfortable amenities and good service.

Location was great. Near interstate 81 and 83. Not far from area attractions. Breakfast with variety of hot and cold offerings.

Wish there was a shelf to put clothes on in bathroom itself, otherwise room was great! Pool temp a little cool and maybe could use a more powerful pump/filter.

It was clean, loved the hot tub, breakfast was fine.

The check in wasn’t so great, they told my husband about the incidental charge. So my husband thought he was just paying for that. They never said the total. They charged us for the hotel room again even though we already paid online. They refunded the money but we didn’t get it back until our trip was over. That was over $500 dollar we were short that we wanted for our vacation.

The breakfast was amazing. Pool was clean and did not have a strong smell of chlorine. Staff was very nice and we were greeted everything we came back in. The hotel is worth the price.

Elevator was down for a day but they did get it fixed the next day.

The breakfast was good and the kitchen staff were very friendly. They answered all our questions regarding the ingredients of the wet mix waffle batter. The hotel is undergoing renovations but there were no disturbance.

There was nothing to dislike.
