The breakfast was lovely. Staff was decent, especially the employee who worked the night we checked in. Rooms were nice for sleeping. Beds were comfortable!

When we checked in, the guests downstairs were extremely loud and their kids were running through the halls throughout the night. They were also knocking on doors. They were told there were complaints, but still did not listen. I asked about the grills and the employees did not know much about them. We wanted to use them, but didn’t try since they weren’t sure and I didn’t want to prepare everything in case they didn’t work. No hot tub.

We stayed here on our visit to Hershey Park. The hotel and room were very clean, comfortable, and conveniently around 20 minutes from the park. It was nice to have the option of a hot breakfast before leaving for the day (sandwiches, waffle maker, yogurt with toppings, toast, bagels and a couple cereals), and the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. It was nice to have a little sitting area and not just a bed and bathroom, and a bigger fridge, microwave, and bowls, plates, utensils, if you brought your own food back. The rooms were cleaned every other day, and the staff were friendly. We would stay again if we came back!

We had a great stay- if anything maybe more fruit and cereal options at breakfast for pickier eaters.

We always enjoy staying at Home2Suites because of the room and amenities .

The room’s bathroom faucet was very loose, there weren’t enough towels and we needed to request for more. The biggest disappointment was when we went down to breakfast ( about 1/2 hour before closing), there was nothing left and the lady working said what was in front was all that was left. We stay at many Home2Suites and they stay stocked up until the close of the breakfast. We ended up going out for breakfast. We weren’t the only ones who mentioned this. Breakfast should be stocked until close. Other than that, the stay was good and close to restaurants, shopping and the highways.

Weekend price was twice the advertised rate for a standard room- I guess they mean weekday? I was just passing through and wasn’t aware this might be a weekend destination. Too expensive for just a place to lay my head on the way to somewhere else. But a nice place. Pool water tracked into lobby made floors slippery.

Self service for waffle making....was always messy because kids were allowed to make waffles' and use the waffle maker. Maybe delegate that task to hotel staff or don't allow kids to use the machine. Also some of the lights in our room didn't work, nor the garbage disposal.

The room was comfortable and spacious enough for 3 teens, 2 youth and 1 adult. The pool was a great size and offered plenty of relaxing seats. There was plenty of parking available. The staff are welcoming and responsive to your requests and needs.

Modern facility with amenities such as a gym, indoor pool and outdoor area. Good breakfast options. Nice little shopping center nearby which offers convenience. Rooms were large and comfortable with a kitchenette. Very cozy and spacious room.

We stayed when there were a lot of families there so getting breakfast was chaotic. Not the staff's fault.

I needed to check in early and check out late......they did both for me! The room was unbelievable. I wish I had booked 2 nights. It felt like 5 star!

1 elevator was broke so only 1 to ride. Alot of kids! I booked due to the pool, I never got in, the kids were in at 6am and there until 10pm.

I liked the room layout and the cleanliness of hotel. Also a good location right off the highway and close to shopping center. The breakfast was ok, standard hotel breakfast.

Check in was ok, Person seemed new and slow, needed help to work the computer. Could be more welcoming.

Super cute hotel. Room was clean and quaint. They provided all essential needed for your stay. Property has a gym and a pool which is great. The breakfast area is also a nice added bonus. Across the street there is a nice Italian restaurant and a Starbucks. If you’re on a budget crackle barrel is a 1 minute walk. Would recommend to anyone.
