Raj, Brig, and the entire staff were helpful, informed and extremely courteous. They bent over backwards for even the most minor thing. I couldn't recommend any other hotel except the Days Inn by Wyndham Grantville. I've stayed at Intercontinental as well as Marriott hotels, and Wyndham far surpasses all of them. If I could give the staff and facility 💯 hundred stars I would. 🥰

Nothing. No matter the inconvenience, the staff took care of anything immediately with great understanding and compassion.

Easy access to the room from my vehicle. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Staff was exceptionally nice.

We were woke every morning by running children above us. Not a fault of the property however it would be an option for management to book rooms with children on lower levels only.

We didn’t make it to breakfast it ended a little too early than other motels or hotels. The two guys that checked me was amazing and has a great personality. If I’m ever back in this area I would stay again.

We have dirty towels left behind from a previous guest. I guess the cleaning team should check behind the bathroom door when cleaning since when you open the door you wouldn’t see any towels behind it because the door is blocking it.

I liked that the facility was clean and the staff was very friendly and nice

We woke up at 8am went down for breakfast and there was nothing it was disappointing especially when the morning prior was filled with eggs sausage pancakes toast cereal and muffins. It was very disappointing

The convenience of where i had to go right off rte 81, beds were comfortable, heating worked great, great shower hot water, breakfast was ok coffee was good. Cereal, pancake make, juice, yogurt, could use more toaster options, like bagels, english muffin, cinnamon raisan bread, wheat, well lit facility,

We went for a night to attend a concert it was close to the venue, it was comfy it was clean and the staff was super friendly I’d stay again if I was down that way again and needed a place to stay

Nothing everything was fine

The breakfast was simple and perfect. And lasted long enough for those who sleep a bit later.

The beds seemed small for queen size. Otherwise no issues were had.

Everything I needed and wanted was taken care of immediately The smile the willing to help you when needed the respect and great communication with all staff and smiles

Room is very clean. Front Desk staffs are very nice. Dining room staffs are very nice. Overall our stay was excellent. We will stay there again.👍

Carpets could use an update

The price was good.

Breakfast was lame. All they had was coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal (which I don’t like) and pancakes which was cool but takes a long time and the line for that was long. I stayed at a Days Inn in Hershey and they had fruit and pastries, and hard boiled eggs and a few other things. Much better!
