room and building very clean....nearly new. Great hot shower and towels. Nice large tv.

They do not have 24/7 desk personnel (which is why I did not give full marks for personnel), but the guy on the desk when I arrived was great, I got in before 5 PM. The room had a full kitchen but no dishes or anything to eat with. Seems that should be a minimum---enough for two people at least. No restaurants within walking distance.

In late evening I move chair close to the TV, and I see mess behaind chair from previous client.

Good location. quiet and a very comfortable bed.Close to places to eat.Receptionist was personable and knowledgeable of local places to eat. I liked the height of the bed off the floor.Good

TV channels were minimal but I wasn’t in the room that long,might would make a difference if I was there a couple of weeks.Not sure if the vinyl plank flooring was a negative,if I were staying longer I would like it better because it would be easier to clean.

Wood spring suites is very much geared toward extended stay. Check in was quick. Facilities are very clean. Beds are reasonably comfortable. Great water pressure. For the price is a great value. Would recommend.

Tidy, easy to park

Our room had furniture that appeared to be badly scratched up by a pet prior to our stay. Chemical odor in hall but not in room.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Facilities were clean and well kept. Location was perfect for any sightseeing around Harrisburg and only 20m from Hershey. Very basic, but exactly what you need if you’re going to be out and about most of the day. Would stay here again!

Only negative is that they are not available after hours for extra towels etc…Some of the linens were stained and it would have been nice to get some clean towels after the desk was closed.

Everything. Customer service is always great, their clean pricing is fair.

There’s nothing that I didn’t like about the property.

Location

When I walked in, I wasn't Greeted and I said to the young lady " no one is going to greet me" and she said I have a several things going on, then she said hi...That wasn't professional at all!
