The room was great for my family of 5. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were all very comfortable (except for the pull-out couch). Everything was very clean. And you can't beat how close it was to Hershey Park.

The pull-out couch was very uncomfortable and sagging badly in two places. We rigged it and because it was my 6-year-old sleeping on it, he wasn't too uncomfortable. But it wouldn't have supported any of the rest of us well. The bathtub drain didn't work well so it filled partially while showering and took a long time to drain.

The staff was very helpful and attentive, held the door for me every time I came or went from the rental office. The room was clean and pressed and well maintained. The soaps were a little small to share among 3 people, but we still had our showers and washed our hands. If you don't want to drive back to another state after a full day at Hershey Park and want a decent room for a decent price - your REALLY SHOULD CHOOSE Roadway Inn and Suites.

Nothing bad to report. Maybe look into slightly larger bar soaps for the bathrooms, but the soap that was there was adequate.

Cute, quiet little neighborhood. Well maintained. Large spacious rooms. Close proximity to attractions, dining and drinks.

Being nit picky- the water pressure was terrible and the towels were very rough. Requested an early check in (2pm instead of 4pm) and was denied; however, when we got there, we were the only guests besides another couple.

The hotel was close to Hershey Park, which is what we wanted. This is not by all means a luxury hotel so don't expect one for the price you pay. What you do get is a clean room, and basic necessities such as microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, iron..well you get the picture. Also TV, wifi.....etc. Towels and bed sheets are spotless. No bugs, roaches, or spiders. It's just a place to sleep and it's comfortable. Manager/owner goes above and beyond, very polite, and accommodating. He makes you feel welcomed. Comfortable hotel, great price. Can't beat that!

The location was great. Nice quiet area, not congested. The staff were very nice and courteous. The room was clean, everything worked.

The water temp was set very high and scaled when trying to get the shower set so you could get in safely. But, once you found the perfect spot, the water felt fine.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was extremely convenient and very much liked that the facility blended in with the neighborhood.

You could hear the child upstairs running and clomping around and the internet was very sluggish and slow the second day.

The staff was so friendly and kind and went out of their way to help us when we needed anything at all. The room was so spacious and very clean. And the pool was open for us to go swimming ! Will definitely stay here again.

Nothing I didn’t like about this property

The staff was sooo accommodating. We got in really early and could not check in at that time but they were ready and waiting for us all. We attended at concert at the park so got back in around 11pm and the had no problem checking us in then.

The decor was a little dated, but everything was still really clean. No real negatives.

Perfect location for walking to mains strip and parks.

The bed was super hard. That was literally our only complaint. Please don’t think I’m joking when I say hard! Like, we will forever request a soft bed when booking any room ever again!!! That’s how hard it was.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Great location. Clean, nice pool. A lot of restaurants within walking distance. Can walk to the park but it takes about 35 minutes. Muffins & cereal for breakfast but the coffee was pretty good.

Only problem we had was the toilet kept clogging & not draining properly. But as soon as I mentioned it to housekeeping, he fixed it for us.
