We’ve visited at least a dozen hotels within 30 minutes of Hershey Park. This, by far, blows them all out of the water. We had a great check-in experience, the attendant was kind and swift with getting us all set. Our room was exceptionally clean, the bathroom was spotless, and looked brand new. We didn’t use the pool, so I can’t comment on that. The entire hotel smelled nice, no odd or musty odors, despite having a pool. Everything was very quiet at night, including the AC in our room. Beds were comfortable, the pillows were soft and clean. Breakfast had several options, our kids were happy with what they picked both mornings. We can’t wait to visit again during our next Hershey trip!

We loved everything about our stay. We had a queen suite, two beds and a pull-out, and everything was very cozy and clean. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was beyond friendly. Special shout out to Nicole, who helped us out over the phone when we had a last minute scheduling issue. She went above and beyond to help us work out the issue. It was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do in the region.

Our only complaint, and it's such a stupid one I'm embarrassed to say it, was that both of the TV remote batteries were very low. Such a dumb thing to complain about but that's all I can come up with!

The location was excellent as we were visiting Hershey amusement park and the breakfast was much more than we had expected. The staff was extremely pleasant which made our stay perfect

Our neighbors in the next room we're blasting their music, which made it a little hard to sleep, but we managed

Staff was outstanding. Quiet. Very clean and bright. Breakfast was excellent. Nice selection of snacks and sundries. Rooms are a nice size, not too big or too small, and tv and bed and couch is a convenient touch.

Some spots in bathroom were missed in cleaning but were minor and I was not directly affected; I didn’t even notice right away. Toilet was making a sound like it was running but wasn’t a distraction. Parking was spotty but not terrible.

Clean and comfortably great staff.

The only thing was the breakfast, all the quiche is horrible and not needed in my opinion for breakfast. fried Eggs toast bacon sausage would be better. I was there for three mornings and There was only one morning breakfast that I could eat since scrambled eggs were included. Please update

I enjoyed the size of the room plenty of space for a family of five. The breakfast daily was an added bonus with plenty of variety. The pool and 24 hour fitness options were awesome. Staff was friendly and kind.

The only solid complaint I would say to be careful on is sleeping on the sofa especially if your an adult as the pull out sofa bed has literally zero support so I had to sleep with out pulling out the bed and sleep at default sofa position.

Overall good.

Bathroom vanity light bulb was out. Housekeeping obviously did not report it, so I had to ask for it to be fixed. Not a big problem, but housekeeping should have noticed it and had it fixed. I also had to ask the front desk twice over the course of an 8 hour period to get it fixed.

Pool was NASTY 🤮🤢 green I was mad!!! I even called and asked if there was a pool. The reply was yes but didn't expect it to look like it did. I asked if it was open and they said yes. So they expected us to swim in the nasty green pool I don't think so!!!!! Eewwww

Breakfast had a great selection and food station was clean and staff very helpful We prefer Fairfield for their no pet policy Staff very friendly, rooms clean. We stay here all the time in our travels north and south and are never disappointed.

Room was great. Bed very comfortable. Very clean.

We did have an issue, as some of the electric plugs didn't work. The on on lamp between the beds And another in the room.
