Location

The hotel room was not clean. Dust on the surfaces, carpet was old with stains, and bathroom paint kept falling off. Needs proper renovation.

Staff was very hospitable and the location was secluded, surrounded by greenery and pond nearby. The room we booked provided the basic necessities we needed as we spent most of our time out sightseeing. The breakfast was simple and included in our stay. There are also many food options available in the area as well. Big bonus for nature goers, for .50 you can feed the ducks and geese that stroll around hotel grounds. :3

Maybe a slight upgrade on the TV, but nothing really crazy to report.

A reasonably good hotel with good complimentary breakfast. The breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, breads, Danish pastries, yogurt, and fruit juices. The hotel also provides 24 hour tea and coffee. The rooms and hallways are clean. Housekeeping was great too.

My only issues were that while our stay we lost electricity for a few hours and had a false fire alarm around 1 am on one day. For some reason the fire department took about 20 minutes to arrive and the guests were hanging around the hotel sleepy and disheveled. The elevators also had a strange smell inside them. Overall, it is worth a 8/10, but the price can be cheaper to deserve it.

Location was great ! Supermarket in walking distance. Multiple shopping centers very close. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Curtains were able to black out room. Mostly quiet. Tv guide pamphlet. After being double charged at check in,they resolved the problem very quick. 👏 Ducks are a cute little attraction.🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆

Crowd at pool, maybe have a limit of people at one time, no towels any time we were there, just some supervision in the pool room. At arrival the young girl at the counter double charged me. Never really greeted coming and going. Girl was just on her phone everytime. Constant running toilet was a bit loud and obnoxious. Maybe extend breakfast time til 10 am or 11 am. We were exhausted from driving then hershey park all day and never made 9 am breakfast,unfortunately.

I love the whole stay. The rooms were so comfortable and felt kinda like home. The breakfast was AMAZING! Probably one of the best parts of the stay was waking up to an amazing breakfast. The staff were so friendly. The pool hours are the best too! Absolutely the best. I highly recommend!

I do wish the pool was heated. The pool are was very warm so that was nice but the water was a bit cold so I do wish the pool itself was heated/water warmer rather then the pool room itself. Either way the stay was great though.

This location was easy to go to and from Hershey Park. It is near a shopping center and some restaurants so that was a plus. Loved the ducks!!! The staff was super friendly and nice to chat with. Breakfast was good. There was no need to venture out for breakfast. Coffee available 24hr!!! I thought the beds were comfortable as well.

The bathroom needs updating, poor lighting in there as well. The one elevator was out of service while the other was questionable. In my 10 yr olds eyes, it was about to break 😆.

The staff were friendly the rooms were nice and clean and the continental breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone.

Location isn't the greatest and the beds could have been a little more comfy. Also had issues with shower the night before checkout but nothing major. All in all good stay and would stay again if the prices were right

The ducks outside in the pond brightened our days! Elevators are fast, accommodations clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great!

Please offer a plant based milk for coffee and cereal, oat or almond milk would be great! We appreciated the pool, but I would have loved a lounge chair to relax in instead of the straight back chairs. Honestly, my complaints are minimal.

The location of the hotel is great for those visiting all of the Hershey attractions. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast selection was hot and plentiful. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. While we didn't have a chance to use the pool, it looked nice!

While the room was clean, the bathroom is definitely in need of an update. The toilet had a slight leak around the base when flushed. It would be helpful to have an ice machine on each floor rather than having to go to a different floor for ice.

the breakfast was delicious. the room was clean and well lit and wonderful decorated. also very close to Hershey park. 5 mins. from I-81 and not hard to find.

the beds were hard as a rock. the room a/c doesn't work if outside temp is below 55 and I sleep with a cold room. was not happy about that. the room I was in the toilet ran like it was flushed and it has not been.
