Clean, comfortable, priced right. I've had a couple of good experiences now with Candlewood - and IHG in general, for that matter - and this confirmed that trend. I'm especially impressed with the people, with just the right blend of friendliness and professionalism. The training program is working.

The room was a bit small for the furniture in it. The recliner chair and table nearly blocked access from the bed on one side, but that's the only place it could have gone.

Folks in the room above were a bit noisy, observed a guest with his dog inside and off leash.

I have a bad back and have to sleep in a recliner and Candlewood almost always has them available. The staff was accommodating, easy to work with and very friendly.

it would be nice if you offered breakfast. This would not stop me from coming to Candlewood, but I was trying to think of something constructive.

The room was nice. I liked the setup.

Well I didn't like that there was no breakfast. The front lobby area was very plain and unfinished. There was a small sign about construction in progress - but it was off putting. Poor sound insulation for noise from above floor.

I booked this hot for my family too stay at as they were visiting me from out of town. The low rate was excellent and they said they really enjoyed their stay. I was a little concerned because of the low ratings on Google, but am glad I booked here. They said the staff was super friendly and loved that the room had a kitchen inside! Thank you for an excellent stay!!!

Large room comfortable bed

Pool not working, no breakfast bathroom could have been better designed. Sink had no where to put toothbrush or cosmetics, no face rack next to the sink

That the pool was closed .. this was the whole reason we picked this spot.. 30 minutes after I set up the room received an email stating the pool was closed .. this was the only reason we chose the location . Lol our luck .. id definitely stay again 😁

The location was good for our friends visit. It is about 22 mins from Hershey Park, Giant Center and Hershey Gardens. Nice little breakfast spots in the quaint town within 5 minutes. Pool and hot tub spa inside. They were renovating. Room laid out well. Parking on site and ample.

The pool. I have never felt pool water so warm. I am normally a floater, but I was actually swimming this time. I RATE THE POOL 100%. WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING.

The only downfall was the stovetop, I don't know if it was just my room but the stove only cooks on HIGH heat😪.

Everything was great. A few issues- our room key cards kept malfunctioning and had to be replaced. This happened twice. Pool was out of order, not sure why. Only one elevator was operational making getting to the third floor more time consuming. The staff was very pleasant for which we were grateful.

The tv in our room was annoying. Had to reboot it because it was stuck on one channel. Once we got it working, we had to stand in front of the tv to the side in order for the remote control to work. There was no air conditioning in the hallways with the air very hot and stagnant. When our room keys didn't work I had to stand in the hot hallway waiting for my spouse to go down and get new ones. This happened twice.
