Staff were excellent. Didn't make breakfast so cannot review that. Room was quiet and comfortable. Shower and shampoo were nice. Linens were nice. Heat worked well. Shelter over main entrance was great since it rained during our disembarking and embarking our vehicle. Carts to transport our luggage to and from room were appreciated.

Cleanliness of room -paint spatters were on some furniture and carpet. Shower control Valve leaked onto floor during shower use. Empty hair conditioner container in shower .

The front dispersion was very nice and welcoming, the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Well since it was SO hot that day and we were going to Hersheypark Stadium, our travel companion couldn’t make the trip in the end but unfortunately we still had to pay for 2 rooms, one we didn’t even use. I understand we cancelled within the 48 hours prior but still, one used to be able to cancel, and especially if the hotel was able to fill the room it would’ve been nice to not have to pay an extra $304 for nothing. Even a discount would’ve been appreciated.

Easy checking in. Can do right on your phone, very clean and quiet rooms, friendly employees, and helpful..if you enjoy craft beers, highly recommend brewery/ restaurant across the street. You can sit at the bar( very cool atmosphere) or. If you're a couple the inside restaurant may suite you. Slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds. Then had a great and very filling breakfast. Staff maintained plenty of foods at all time..very good food I may add. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend

Hot breakfast with staff attending during the entire time keeping things filled was great Check in staff pleasant even helped us by putting something in the freezer overnight because we needed to keep medication cold the next day. Very pleasant desk staff

When housekeeping is cleaning the rooms, they need to check the bottles of shampoo, body gel, and conditioner to make sure they aren't empty. We had to request, both conditioner and shampoo.

Came to Hershey for a show..our location was perfect! Between the park...where we had a late lunch...and the theater...just a few minutes away. Coffee was hot and waiting in the morning with a nice array of fruit and cereal, omelets, yogurts and of course the famous make your own waffles

Problem with elevator...but to be honest..it happens at times...probably fixed by now

This was by far. The best! And the cleanest hotel. I have stayed in for a very long time. Thank You! The breakfast was very good. Everything was hot. (We have stayed where the pans were not working to keep food hot. The hallways were clean. The front desk was very accommodating. I highly, highly recommend staying here. I know I will ❤️

Complimentary breakfast provided new selections each morning. Spacious room offered comfort and privacy. Common areas were clean and well-maintained.

A single elevator serviced three floors which caused slight delays. Parking lot is mostly slanted and difficult for moving luggage caddy. Bathroom area did not have vent/fan.

The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. It was a perfect location if you are visiting Hershey Park or stadium. The breakfast was a plus and there are offerings for everyone. Very close to downtown Hershey.

Overall we have no complaints about our stay here.

My family trip with Hampton Inn was perfect! From staff, to cost and cleanliness, it couldn't have gone better!

Just for my kids, I wish the pool opened a bit earlier then 9am. They absolutely loved the pool!

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was enough that we didn't feel the need to go elsewhere! Perfect location to get around the town of Hershey and to go to Hershey Park! Room with two queens and a fold out couch accommodated our family of five perfectly!

Our room was very close to other people who had dogs which would not have been an issue except as soon as we got there we could hear one barking very loudly. Asked if we could switch rooms but were told we would not be able to have the same accommodations. So we ended up staying put and taking the risk of the loud dog. But luckily the dog did not bark over night so everything worked out!
