Sally at check in was so pleasant and helpful, Colette was our server at dinner at the on site restaurant, she was incredibly attentive and her positive vibe was so friendly and welcoming, I wish all servers were as great as she was , you could tell she truly loved her job and it showed in her service, we will definitely stay there again and enjoy the restaurant. The food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn for our great relaxing weekend.

Nothing, I couldn't swim or get into hot tub because some of the same people stayed in the hot tub for hours and wasn't enough room for me...

Easy check in and breakfast staff where very accommodating with my daughters wheat allergies

We asked to check out Saturday morning to come home early for a family medical issue and the morning staff so they couldn’t help me or return any of my stay because I had booked through booking

The staff was super attentive and professional.

There was a guest with a dog next door that barked almost constantly. But the staff worked really hard to remedy the situation.

The bathroom facility in the foyer had No toilet paper in either bathroom stall. I feel the reason was the hotel was under staffed...

I would suggest clarification regarding what breakfast is included in the price. This hotel offers a continental breakfast such as cereal and toast but also offers breakfast such as French toast, waffles, eggs, for an additional cost. We were a little confused at first which was included in our stay. Our experience here was overall a pleasant one. It was very convenient that the Hershey Factory so close and that there were restaurants and stores nearby.

The towels in the pool area/gym were out of stock a few times.
