First time staying at a Best Western Harrisburg in that area, I didn’t have high hopes but it defitnetly was A pleasant stay! Staff was nice, breakfast was good for a Best Western, rooms were clean. Would defitnetly stay There again!

I liked everything, the only part I didn’t like much but didn’t ruined my stay there. It was the smell in the lobby, not sure what type of essence perfume they used but it was really strong and can also be smell on the second floor in the hallways. But like I said, It didn’t take away the experience of the stay.

Ease of booking, price was excellent, rooms were clean and actually warm on entry, we didn't have to crawl into a cold bed and wait for the room to warm up... So that was great, it's pretty rare to go into a warm room in any hotel. They had hot beverages in the lobby for people checking in, and it was pretty cold last night so that was appreciated as well. Oh and it was amazing to find extra pillows, sheets and a nice warm blanket in the closet as well. I know they're meant for making up the sofa, but most times you need to request these items. It was great to be able to grab that blanket and curl up on the bed with it. The hot breakfast was great too. Real sausages, not the warm and serve junk that most places serve, and real home fried potatoes. The desk clerk was warm and friendly, very informative, a nice change from the robot like attitude we've seen in some other hotels where some people can hardly look you in the eye. All in all, this was one of the best hotels we've stayed in, certainly the Best Best Western! Thanks for Great Service. <3

Can't think of a thing

We liked the size of the room and the pool was ok. We didn't stay for the breakfast but they had q nice dining set up. The check-in process and check out process was very quick and efficient. We wouldn't mind staying again.

When we got to out room there were 3 in our group and only 2 clean bath towels, the third hanging on the shower was stained and smelled. There was also hair in the shower and the shower leaked really bad we had to use towels to keep the floor dry when we were done. The pool area was ok, we would've preferred there actual been a hot tub to use while there to. The "spa" is only a gym area apparently which was kinda upsetting. The sofa bed also was not very comfy you could feel the base a little to much, it was ok for our friend for one night but we ultimately decided not to stay another night in that room. The actual king bed was very comfy me an my wife really enjoyed our nights rest and from what we could tell the bed area was very clean.

Check in was very pleasant and easy. The breakfast was good had many options to choose from. Very friendly staff and they was very helpful. The only problems were that there was only 1 washing machines and dryer throughout the whole facility and the dryer was out of service. They gave a key card to someone else who was able to access our room while we were asleep.

This was a very nicely located hotel with equal distance from Harrisburg and Hershey, PA. The amenities were nice. The air-conditioning was perfect and there is plenty of parking around the building.

The bathrooms would need updating with new fixtures and some more maintenance. Water was backing up in the bathtub of one bathroom and in the sink of another bathroom.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was right off the highway and easy to find. The hotel was well maintained.

They have automatic lights in the room and bathroom. Every time I rolled over at night, the overhead lights came on. When I was in the shower the lights kept going off and I was in the dark. I had to keep opening shower curtain to get them to turn on. Annoying! And I couldn’t get them to just stay on.

My stay was great. Hotel accommodating for later check in, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was awesome, room was clean and very quiet, location central and within minutes of attractions. Please keep with what you are doing, it works perfect.

When we arrived we were instantly greeted and had no trouble checking into the hotel. There was complimentary breakfast every morning and 24/7 tea and coffee in the lobby. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The bathroom was a little too small for moving around and the bed was a tad uncomfortable but not too bad.

Location was good and easy to access from the highway. Good continental breakfast that was served until 10:00 AM on Saturday morning. Staff was very friendly and professional. Might stay again next time I'm in the area.

Nothing I can think of right off the bat. The hotel is kind of out-of-the-way, which is nice, but others might have some trouble finding it. May want to think about putting a bigger sign out near the road.

The room was updated, clean and over all very nice. The hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea all day to guests which was amazing to have access too. I didn't stay for breakfast but it looked like there was a great selection. Coffee was good! I'd definitely stay again.

The bed was very high and hard which made for a just OK sleep. There was a fridge in the room which was great but it was loud so I unplugged it. It was a good stay.
