Stayed here 2 nights for my granddaughter's soccer tournament. Lots of families and children during those couple days which were there for sports tournaments as well. First thing to do on arrival. Check for bed bugs. I do this everywhere. Attractive room, spotless. Nice pool. Friendly employees. They texted me a few times to see i9f I was good or needed anything. Price was reasonable. The breakfast spread both days was impressive. Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, juices, bagels and stuff. Kudos to the person that gets all this prepared and the ladies that keep up with it. It was wonderful. Thank you.

Just those super-duper pillows. They swallow your head.

The hot breakfast was great. The cook apparently changes the menu regularly. There were waffles, biscuits with gravy, eggs, cereal, juices, and baked goods. The scones and muffins were particularly delicious, they were flavorful and didn't taste like they had been bulk-ordered. - The staff were very friendly, regardless of the time of day - Very impressive exercise room. In addition to the usual treadmills, they have a weight station, TRX systems, a yoga ball and bosu balls , and even a Peloton bike. - Nicely decorated, with little personal touches

It's close to a busy road so you do get some car sounds. It's not super loud, but you may want to bring earplugs. Honestly, the fridge in the room was louder.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast was awesome and provided different options which was nice when traveling with kids. I will definitely be returning!! Clean facilities and ground even with pets which was great!! I don’t have pets and was unsure about staying but I was honestly pleasantly impressed!! Also having security guards on duty made me and my family feel safe. Being near the interstate was a plus too!!

The staff was friendly and interested in guest's needs . They checked on me when I was leaning against a wall and stretching my legs. A maintenance man noticed and alerted the front desk, who immediately came from behind the desk to check on me. Breakfast was very good..and the staff person at breakfast kept everything clean and refilled the food trays immediately. I will DEFINITELY stay here again. Thank you,.

The room was very clean, the facilities were satisfactory. The shower was nice, and I liked that they had pumps in the shower for the shampoo and such. That way, there was no single use waste from our stay.

The parking after we returned late at night was not ideal. Our room was on one side, and we had to park all the way on the opposite side in the farthest parking spot, but we were able to move closer for checkout. It would be nice if your room came with a dedicated parking spot, but overall, it wasn't a big deal.

We stayed here for a concert at Hershey. Everything was wonderful-most notably I wish to compliment the staff! Everyone was super friendly with genuine smiles. They seemed to enjoy what they were doing and were diligent with the tasks. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the fall decor in the lobby was tasteful and festive. Thank you! Will stay here again if we return to Hershey.

This is our third time staying at this Hampton Inn, one of the few I’ve stayed in the past few years that meets expectations of a Hilton. This hotel was recently renovated. Nice clean rooms, great location near major highways, many restaurants nearby, and supermarket. The staff always very friendly. Breakfast is good.

I travel with my own pillows and after checking the hotel ones I’m glad I did since they don’t put covers on them, just pillowcases and the pillows looked stained.

The rooms were really clean and the breakfast was super amazing! They had options of oatmeal, cereal, bagels, hot breakfast (cheese omelettes, sausage, eggs), and pancakes which the flavors were changed daily! The pillows were super comfy. They also have a very nice gym.

Breakfast was delicious and I loved that there were so many choices to choose from. Good coffee and orange juice. Comfortable with ample space for eating.

The only thing I can think of which isn’t a big deal is the bananas were too ripe/brusied. Some people like them that way but I love a fresh hard one.

The entire property was very nice and more importantly CLEAN. When I research a place to stay, cleanliness is # 1. This property did not disappoint.

The only suggestion I have for the powers that be are the beds. They should be queen size not double. But that is me being picky. That was the only minor complaint.
