The facility was really great. The furniture were like new and beds were comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that you have to request cleaning services every time for your room to be clean. I believe that if "the do not disturb" sign is not display outside the door it automatically means that your room needs cleaning. The staffs don't greet you except you great them first even when you are standing infront of them at the customers desk. Please, the staff should be trained on customers services.

Comfortable bed, clean room. Overall it was a good one night stay.

At first we got a room with the smell of cigarettes. We had to ask to change it and we got a new room that was fine. There are some issues with breakfast as everyone else mentioned in their reviews: it's not the best breakfast or even a good one. TV didn't work, the phone was broken, and there were some stains on the carpet.

Great location off turnpike and near gas stations and a few restaurants, newly remodeled, all non-smoking, lighted parking lot, quick check-in, 11AM checkout, younger staff was polite, nice room size, good control on room temp, large bathroom counter.

Older staff gentleman was rude, stains on many pillows that looked like dried blood, prices are too high. Breakfast should be a bit longer.

The staff was great sophia was awesome she was very accommodating also the night shift guy was great the pool great the breakfast was ok but the rooms were nice and clean

Food was delicious and lots of variety Not a fan of pets as we found some black hairs on the pillows . Also the plastic tops on the lamp shades and the wall ac control boxes were dust covered. Staff was great, beds very comfortable bathrooms spotless. Loved the gym and pool as well.

Mentioned above issues of room cleanliness. Price was higher than I’d hoped by 20$ or so.

The hotel and breakfast were good. The room was clean and immaculate and the location was great.

Did not have blankets or sheets for the pullout couch and only one pillow. My son left a Canon camera charger in the wall near the door to the room in an outlet above the desk. And when we called about it once we got home, they took our number and told us they would check and call back. They did not call back. When we called back a few hours later, we were told that they would check the maids laundry bins and get back to us. We have yet to receive a call. If we get a call back, we will be more than happy to pay the shipping for its return.

Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good except the eggs.

Ice machine broke on my floor(3). Have to go to the lobby to get ice. Ceiling tile discolored from a leak or something. For breakfast the eggs were lying in a puddle of water on the pan.

Clean room nice pool that works polite and accommodating staff parking was perfectly spread to make rm accessible abd breakfast was hot

The hygiene dudnt like the citrus smell

The man working the desk went above and beyond to help me get my last minute reservation fixed. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but he worked midnight shift, and I mistakenly booked for the next day’s date, even though it gave me an option to put arriving between 12am and 1am, which would have put my arrival on the correct date. He made calls and though I was double charged due to system issues and not being able to fix it then, he had it fixed by morning. Thank you, kind sir!

The lack of clarity when booking through a 3rd party when arriving late at night for what date to use, especially if given an option for arrival time.

We loved the breakfast and the gentleman in charge of the breakfast was phenomenal. He was on top of everything and also very helpful and polite. The place was very clean. The pool was fun and warm. They even kept it open a little later for us. I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

The jacuzzi was broken. Would have liked to of tried it out. Maybe next time.
