This was THE best overall stay I’ve experienced in many decades of travel here in the states. The staff, especially Omar, stood out due to his kind, friendly nature and every time i caught a happened to see him, he was hard at work either cleaning up, engaging customers with a smile or doing any number of duties here. Great employee with obvious management and training leadership potential. The team here is hard working, friendly and helpful. DennisH

I just didn’t notice anything of note here, but if i have to say anything I happened to notice some dust on the window sills of some very high and hard to access windows on the inside of the building.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We booked our stay to keep our kids cool and comfortable after losing power in our neighborhood during a heatwave. We stayed in a two bedroom family suite, which was super spacious and reasonably priced. It was easy to keep the same room for another night after finding out power hadn’t yet been restored in our neighborhood. The pool is a bit small, but the pool area is well maintained. My kids really loved the pancake maker at breakfast too.

great location - easy off and back on the highway

The design and condition of the premises are very nice. We did not make use of all the amenities, but there is a nice fitness center, roomy/private business center, nice lounge space with books and games, TV and fireplace, a little "market" with frozen and packaged food options...we were pleasantly surprised.

Very clean location, gym and pool were well maintained and the room was very clean.

I had a 1 bed king suite with a couch, coffee table and desk in but it felt a little cramped. No fan in the bathroom so the room got a bit muggy. May be short staffed as in no one was available to help with luggage carts during check in or check out, though they were provided for personal use.

It was close to the highway and easy to navigate to other destinations.

There was a broken curtain rod in my room and the shower curtain fell on the bottom of the tub. Clearly the cleaning staff was not paying attention to details. This is a safety issue that should have been addressed before my stay.

The staff were all friendly and kind. The rooms were clean and fresh.

The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, and it would be nice to have a coffee machine in the hotel. The other thing would be nice if they had a paper in the room that tells of the hotel amenities. Other than that, it was a great experience. Thank you to all the staff....

The hotel was well maintained and had everything we needed. It was a perfect location. The gentleman working the breakfast area was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast itself was excellent, better than hotels in higher price ranges.

I found the beds too soft - just a personal preference.

The staff was very professional and polite and the hotel was very clean. The complimentary tea and coffee at night was very nice.

The steep parking lot was hard to navigate with a cart (I was alone and didn't feel comfortable to leave my belongings on a cart while I found parking). The bed was also a bit too hard and very high.

The hotel staff was friendly. The pool and facilities were nice. The hotel room was spacious. The hotel is close to the highway. The bed was comfortable.

The hallway noise is loud and echos. The lotion in the bathroom was watery. The TV was not working. Had to call the front desk. They were helpful. It turns out the style of TV the hotel uses the plugs does not stay fully in.

Liked everything about our stay at the Holiday Inn. The hot breakfast, customer service from all staff was exemplary, rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and location was on our travel route.

Can't think of anything that needed changing.
