Beds were comfortable. Sai was very friendly and helpful. Places to sit in front to visit with friends.

A lot of confusion at check out. The person working that morning did not know how payment worked with Booking.com when you select pay at the hotel. Half of our rooms were given receipts the other half were told we would get our receipt from booking.com. Several still have not received any type of receipt.

Sai was very helpful. I left a package there and he assured me it would get mailed. It did get mailed. Beds were very comfortable. AC in the room was quiet.

The person that was working the desk on our Sunday morning checkout was unable to help us understand our billing. Both times I cam down for breakfast there weren't any eggs. Looked like the front desk person was also in charge of breakfast.

Convenience to destination. Family reunion. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The entire property was clean and kept. Housekeeping was very responsible and respectful.

The back door to the parking area was rusted and rotted inside and out. It was difficult to open the door even with the room key.

Overall the room was nice

There was a baking dog in the room next door. There was not enough toilet tissue, both of which I contacted the front desk about. I saw at the end of our stay there was trash (empty popcorn bag) stuffed in the couch, which makes me wonder how well things are being cleaned? I let the front staff know upon check out.

The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety. I also liked that it had extended hours. I also liked that my room was restocked with towels every morning.

I think the sheets were supposed to be changed every day according to the sign on the bathroom mirror. That wasn't done.

Clean room close to restaurants and stores friendly staff

Certain areas need to be better maintained like the elevator and cleanliness of the elevator and the rug outside the elevator on the second floor the rug in our room was worn out where it met the ceramic tile (most likely scratched up from a dog digging at it. It had the staples exposed and put a scratch on my bare foot) and noisy people across from us letting their door their door slam shut over and over someone banging on the same door at 3:09am wanting to be let in and woke us up 😡 we’ve stayed here many times and this is the first time we’ve had this issue and noticed that the upkeep of the property is slackening a little bit otherwise it is a very nice place to stay

Cleanliness and staff is what I care about. Couple stays here so far and both have been way above expectations. I’ll be back again.

It’s a stretch to find something, but the window curtain was off a few hooks, keeping room visible at night on first floor. But I got on a chair and hooked one.

Staff, cleanliness, comfortability, breakfast, pool, my pet was also super comfortable and relaxed

Needs new washer and dryer for people who are staying and need to laundry. Dryer took 3 cycles and wasn’t completely dry at the end.

Good overall experience. Mostly had no odor or any sense it was wonderfully clean and safe and pleasant!

The breakfast presentation could have utilized some joy in color and presentation albeit adequate.

Location is very good. My room this time was very nice and clean.

The bathroom sink faucet was very difficult to use and there was a leak under the sink.
