The hotel staff was always smiling and friendly. The whole hotel was clean, pool area was upkept and always had fresh towels. Room itself was extremely roomy and clean.

The inconvenience of leaving the pool area to go back to the room to use the bathroom as the bathroom in that area was out of order. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but not terrible.

I love that the property was not congested by other businesses. I liked that it was a very short drive to the Giant Center and Hershey Park . I loved the politeness of the man that checked us in .. I’m sorry I did not get his name . I loved that the property was very clean . I liked that when we stepped out for the day that housekeeping tidy our room . ❤️ whom ever cleaned the room you could tell they enjoyed their job ❤️

No ice machine on our floor which was the 2 nd floor . The mattress could use an update .

The price was great for a spur of the moment booking. We were attending the farm show and wanted to get there early so we chose this place due to it being a third of the price and having decent reviews. Property itself was 13 minutes from the complex, very close to restaurants, and 7 minutes from a huge shopping complex with groceries store, food, shopping. The heated indoor pool is open until 10PM which is great. Plenty of onsite parking, carts to help with luggage, and free breakfast. We did not attend breakfast but it smelled good when we were leaving. The hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly.

It is a bit outdated, 2/5 of our lights did not work in our room. 3/5 would not have a worked but I found a light bulb to screw in. It wasn’t dirty but it didn’t feel like the cleanest place I’ve stayed in. It is good for a place to sleep overnight, or if you plan to be gone or utilizing the pool most of the time. The room does was it needs to but I would rate it a 6/10. It is great for the price and I would stay there again.

The staff was great. The room are big and well equiped. Very clean hotel with an inside pool and a free parking. All you need for breakfast (waffle maker). Good value for money. I recommand it. There are a lot of amenities around (food restaurant and food shops and a Ollie's. Don't hesitate to stop by.

Very welcoming, amazing greeter at the door to help and assist me after leaving another hotel. That was not willing to help me after driving six hours. I expressed to the front desk lady how my experience was another hotel and I had to leave. I have a reservation she assist me. So fast amazing

The Staff was very pleasant during our stay and the breakfast is very nice added value. Our room was clean and comfortable. We will be returning for future stays.

Little things as the hotel is showing some needs on the property with the age and upkeep needed. The property is still nice and we had an enjoyable stay.

I was greeted warmly at the check-in desk, which sets the tone for the rest of the stay. Everything was clean and tidy. I asked for a quiet room and was given one on the back side of the building which was indeed quiet when it was time for lights out. The room was spacious and beds were very comfy with plenty of pillows of differing softness - which is a huge plus. The AC worked great. Breakfast was fine with all the usual hotel-fare, and there were 2 waffle irons that kept the lines down. There is an indoor pool, but I did not use it. The hotel is nicely situated between Hershey and Harrisburg.

The elevator made some strange noises, but seemed to work OK. Our room did have some spots that needed a handyman's attention, like the caulk near the AC unit and some drywall patching in the restroom.

The breakfast was good like your normal continental breakfast. The room was booked on the same day that I was searching for some place to stay the night. The hotel was very accommodating and the price was excellent compared to others for a last minute one night stay. I was very satisfied with everything.

good amenities, excellent customer service, housekeeping came through on the first night of a two night stay - I feel like that's rare nowadays.
