The cleanliness of the entire hotel

The nails coming out of the wall near the molding on the floor. It wasn't really a problem, but it definitely was a hazard. This is why I rated the stay an 8. We will be staying there again!

Tristan at the Front desk was wonderful to us! We left Florida because of a Hurricane. She was so Kind and accommodating. She was more than willing to help us with whatever we needed. She made a very Stressful situation in to a carefree ordeal. We can’t Thank her enough!!

It was really comfortable very nice people. The room was good.

Just a little bit dirt here and there and we find a ring in the bathroom so but otherwise we really like it. It’s a good stop on the road.

The staff were friendly and pleasant. Check in was smooth, room was clean shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was fine, they had breakfast sandwiches to heat in the microwave in the room yogurts juices snack bars and coffee. Better than we got at a Wyndham motel on our way up. They had 2 snack bars and a 6oz bottle of water. I am accustom to a firmer mattress so I had some back discomfort but slept well. The motel was quiet and the location just off I-81 was great. I will stay here again and recommend it. Ignore the negative comments from people expecting Hilton service and comforts at 89 dollars instead of 219 dollars. It’s clean friendly and comfortable. What more do you need when traveling. I’ve stayed at the MGM Grand in Vegas and it wasn’t perfect if I wanted to nit pic, but I didn’t leave negative review because I believe in being realistic. There are some people you will never satisfy no matter how you try.

I requested 1st floor & received an email that they were able to & when we arrived I was told they could not.

Great price. Easy access to interstate. Breakfast excellent better than sone Marriott properties I’ve stayed at.

My TV had only one channel. The staff tried everything to fix it but ultimately I had to change rooms.

Breakfast was fine

I didn’t consider that there would have been dogs barking on the ground floor or I would have asked for a different floor.i could not get a receipt for my stay.they said it would be emailed to me but I didn’t get it yet.

Did not have breakfast there, good places nearby. Clean bed, good shower, nice room and lots of towels. One of the best rooms we’ve stayed at. Four hours from home.

Not hotel issue but extremely dark road..almost missed turn No Bananas. Lol...just Apples

close to my apt. breakfast was awesome, very good selection and the option of freshly made waffles

there were pebbles in the carpet, while searching for a dropped earring found either dry pet food or something else that size (not naming since I have no proof), empty shampoo bottle in the corner of the shower stall before I ever used the shower
