Took a night off from hiking the AT here. Room was great, staff helped me get back on trail. Food and resupply right next door.

No guest laundry so had to go to the pilot gas station for that

The location, room layout and the facilities are good

The odour in the room is very bad due to the old Mat and some one smoking in room.. outdated and noisy air conditioning

Breakfast was very good. Lot of options to choose from. Clean and organized. They had water bottles at breakfast which is very rare. Professional and helpful hosts (Kim and Dinesh). Rooms were amazing.

Blankets. Only negative point for me.

Our window had a crack, this should be addressed so no one gets hurt. Other than that our rooms were fine.

Amazing clean room, fitted with fantastic mattresses and linens....I slept so well!!!

I like that to step outside, it's right outside your door. No hallways, etc.

It's small. Spacing between the beds and the dresser/counter space is narrow. However, for the amount of time we were in the room, it was doable. The bathroom is small. But the sink is outside of the bathroom so not a big deal.

Location and clean room with comfy bed.

Hallways needed cleaning. Seemed sketchy from outside but it was great.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean.

The garbage bin just outside our room was not emptied once during our 3 night stay. Black mold where the shower grab bar connects to the shower wall.
