Breakfast was good! Everything was filled up and hot. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and neat!

I would have given this hotel an excellent except for the bathroom door! They have sliding barn doors on the bathroom and although it looks so nice, it doesn't close the whole way, has no way to lock it shut, and drifts open after you walk away. No privacy! Not so bad for a married couple, but what about people traveling with friends?

Other than checking in, front desk staff was indifferent to our comings and goings. Mainly though, get rid of the barn bathroom doors!!! When we tried to close it, ours would roll back to 1/2 open and we used the waste can to prop it closed. Barn doors are rarely a good design choice. And are stupid for bathrooms.

Breakfast was a great variety every day. They even had some flavored waffles along with the regular batter. There was an attendant at breakfast that kept it all cleaned up. All the common areas were also very clean. Staff was great, friendly and professional.

The ice machine wasn't working on our floor. I notified management. The bed was firmer than we're used to. There weren't any dressers in the room.

The hotel was very clean with a comfortable atmosphere. Friendly staff, we requested a late checkout and they provided it with no problem! There was also a good selection of food for breakfast.

Prices were expensive for two nights, considering the location (depending on the day) can be over 30-40 minutes away from Hershey Park.

Everyone was super family. Room was huge. Staff offered water bottles for us to have in our room. They had complimentary toiletries, mini size versions if you forgot anything. I really was shocked at how big the room was. It even had its own work out machine in it.

There was seseame seeds left on the rug by the sofa. Also a lot in the sofa when I went to pull out the bed. Some dirt on the floor and marks left on the counter tops from previous users. So, It seemed like spots were missed while cleaning and that maybe someone forgot to vacuum.

This is the first hotel where live music, presented by a talented duo, was offered with the breakfast. I especially enjoyed the fresh scones and blueberry muffins in the breakfast offering.

Although the hot water tank was on the fritz, we still had adequate hot water for showers.

This hotel was great for a little get away. The location is close to town but just out of the way enough to make you feel like you’re miles away from everything. The cleanliness of the parking lot to the front desk to the room was above and beyond. The options at breakfast were nice. The staff was very pleasant and professional. I will be back again!

The staff at this hotel was very pleasant. It means a lot to feel comfortable when away from home and the smiling, helpful staff the Hampton Inn was such a plus. I want to give a special shout out to Dorina, Alba and Sabrina; they were so helpful and kind.

We were there for the weekend visiting family and the location was perfect. The staff was great all around - helpful, friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious and clean. I will definitely book here again.

We were here for just one night and everything was good. I don't have anything bad to say about our stay.

Got in very late and needed a few snacks. $5 snickers. $3 chips. $4 ice tea. $3 water. A little over priced. I paid for a room and then I get nickle and dimed for candy.
