The lady at the desk, Christan, was very helpful and patient. I was having issues with the card payment, which was on the banks end. It took about 45 mins to get us checked in. She was very helpful. The shower in the bathroom was very clean. 1 little issue I had though. I had gone to step in the shower after I had the water running. I slipped, but caught myself. Even tho the bottom of the shower was textured, it was still slick. I had to lay a hand towel on the bottom of the shower so I would not slip while moving around. It does need a shower mat if some kind. The bed was a little bit harder the my husband and I are used to, but still good. We kept having issues with the TV's in the room. We were in the King Suite. When you turned 1 TV off, the other one would come on and vise versa. Kinda comical.

Excellent location for us. Not optimal for a longer stay--shallow drawers, tiny closet, no comfortable way for 2 people to eat. Water pressure was low and hot water took a long time to heat up--a couple of minutes or more. Coffee/tea/water 24/7 in lobby was great. Breakfast was fine and well maintained. Plenty of free parking. Desk staff was friendly and efficient. We had housekeeping service 4 out of 5 days. Caution: bathroom floor is slick when wet and the bath mat is small. We never did figure out the bathroom light switch settings.

Clean, breakfast was very good and the lady at the breakfast area was very friendly took time to talk to everyone who came to eat breakfast and made sure all their needs were met.

House keeping was knocking on our door to “strip the (I am assuming the beds) room over 10 minutes before checkout while I was just finishing up getting dressed. My husband went to hand the keys in while I gathered up our luggage with now 7 minutes ( I know the time cause I checked my phone) left before check out, when they started to know on the door again. I felt rushed and a little embarrassed to be honest. I didn’t get to do my complete assessment of the room making sure I didn’t leave anything behind. I was so angry and annoyed when I left with still 5 minutes to spare.

The hotel looks fairly new, and I am happy about that because new hotels equals cleanliness and excellent beds. We only stayed for one night but we were impressed by the beds, the shower, the toilet--it was sparkling clean and neat. They had ice water and lemon water on the lobby which I also loved after being outside on a hot day. I am not sure if they were offering breakfast, I could not remember. We just stayed for one night but would have wanted to stay one more since it was a new hotel.

I did not like the first reception we had, I guess the guy was bored and was annoyed by the screaming kids on the lobby--his manner was like bored/wanted to get you out of my hair so I can continue watching the game on TV right now. I asked if there were laundry services and he immediately cut me off saying, we don't have coins for the laundry we ran out. The next day, I was hesitant to ask again since I thought it was the same guy from yesterday. It was a relief that there was a different man on the front desk and was more helpful and cheerful. He even really tried hard to look for coins for the laundry but they were out. He apologized profusely and even said he will ask his manager once he comes in. That was the only hiccup in our otherwise nice overnight stay.

Loved the gentleman who checked us in. He remembered us from our previous stay and why we were there. Loved our room. Very comfortable and clean. Loved that we could just take a short walk to dinner at one of two close restaurants. We really enjoyed breakfast and both ladies on duty were very nice.

The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly. We were in town for my mother's funeral, so the location was good. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the attendant was very helpful.

There's really nothing we didn't like. In pre-Covid days we probably would have had housekeeping change the towels and empty the trash every day, but we were only there for 2 days so it really wasn't a big deal.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and pretty close to where we needed to be. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially the counter person who was there when we checked in. Really appreciated the experience.

The property was in a fantastic location near surrounding Eatery’s, nail salon and other small businesses. The hotel is very colorful. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating from the front desk getting an early check in, to the day we left the attendant in the breakfast area was more than happy to cook more food 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close.

Rooms are spacious and very clean.

Breakfast opened at 6:30am and I had to be at my training destination at 7:00am Most other locations serve sooner than 6:30...It would have been nice to grab a bite before we had to be somewhere.

The rooms were nice and the location was perfect for our event. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It’s a bit pricey for what you get, but most hotels are. The pillow cases could be softer.
