comfortable big room, very friendly staff, good parking spaces. Excellent air conditioner and fridge, a good plus in this hot weather. Bed was very comfortable and tv had many selections available. Great place to go for breakfast 3 miles away and we even had dinner there as well, Brickerville Restraurant.

room carpet was stained in a lot of places, someone wrote all over many walls in room, probably child as it was scribble and lines here and there. vanity sink was cracked and chipped. Was under the impression though that improvements were being made, noticed boxes of new air conditioner in hallway next to our room. No offering of tea bags, just coffee and no breakfast at all.

Very friendly staff, microwave in lobby, in a very nice and convenient area right near Sheetz and a few restaurants.

There were apparently no do not disturb cards.

It was located close to Lancaster and Manheim which is what I needed. The staff was nice and helpful but difficult to understand because of a very thick accent. Parking is close and convenient.

Was expecting to be able to get at least a muffin in the morning. No elevator.

The woman checking us in was very knowledgeable and friendly. After I made the booking online for a king bed, which was listed as the last one available, I called the hotel to ask to switch to a 2 bed room which they easily accommodated. Facilities comfortable and everything we need was available including a small refrigerator in the room. We will stay there again, close to family living in Lititz.

The owner and wife were very accommodating. I did not realize that this is a walk-up hotel (no elevator) and they moved our room to the first floor without a problem! The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very, very comfortable. The hall was clean as well. The lobby is small but clean and well kept. We are looking forward to returning to this hotel again! Thank you Yogi and Jigi for making our stay memorable!

The water pressure in the shower was amazing! It got hot fast and stayed hot, which is always a bonus when staying in a hotel. I was also impressed with the size of the shower, perfect for taking a bubble bath after vacation fun.

My only complaint was the carpet. Whatever cleaner they used to freshen up the carpet stuck in the fibers of the carpet and made your feet a little sticky. It then made the bathroom tile a little slick.

Not far from town, I walked in, hotel is a little bit older however in good condition, very well priced, and despite the age the furnishings are well looked after. I would stay again without hesitation.

When you first walk in reception is a bit cluttered. That could be cleaned up.

Quiet place, comfortable, had all I needed for my sleepover there and staff was friendly.

I couldn't say anything I didn't like as I was there only to sleep. Woke early and checked out for a tournament.

Hotel was good for what we paid. We needed a place to crash for the night noyhing more

The hotel is two stories and has no elevator which i was unaware of. My mother has mobility issues and stairs can be a challenge but we made it ok.

Everything else was good

I didn't like that they had no breakfast & no coffee pot in room, & they used the excuse of covid for the reason there were no cups & the coffee in the breakfast room was cold, they were making some but I think they added the fresh to the night before coffee because it was still cold.
