Loved walk in shower, room was clean, hotel location was very convenient.

I wish suite had a tv in sofa area, lights were very bright, need a separate switch for bathroom fan. We needed to leave a light on at night to go to bathroom. We ended up leaving bathroom light on but that meant the fan was on all night. The bedroom lights were all too bright to leave one of them on all night, and with all lights off the room was too dark to walk.

We had the best stay over the holidays with the staff at this hotel. The breakfast was great! Every single person we crossed paths with who worked there, from the breakfast staff, the guest services, the housekeeping and more, could not have been nicer, more attentive and fun especially when they had to work on Christmas! We also traveled with my service dog and they took time to understand his jobs and how I would like them to interact with him. They were great with all the dogs staying there! They even got treats. We will be back! Thanks again!

We were visiting a relative in a nursing home nearby, so it was very convenient. It was also convenient to get in to Lititz village which we always enjoy. Oh and we asked for a quiet location, and we got it!

We booked/guaranteed a specific room type on Booking.com, when we arrived at 9pm, the time we told them we would be there, we were advised that it was not available. So we had to pay extra for a comparable room. That was NOT appreciated.

Everything was in top shape. I don’t know how old the building is, but it all looked new. The staff was also exceptional. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly, and helpful. And the young man who took care of the breakfast area kept everything filled and clean. The breakfast was very good, even the coffee!

The breakfast as good as usual. I stay in this hotel once or twice a year while traveling for Volleyball Tournaments.

There was a lot of young children running all over the place while the parents sat in the lunch room. They were 3-7 year olds. This is not a problem with the hotel and this is the first we have had this issue.

I love the location, that they have a pool, a nice area for breakfast or getting together with family which is why I go to Lancaster.I also like that they are close to downtown Lititz and to Target and Stauffer’s if Kissel Hill.

The women on the afternoon shift were very welcoming and allowed me to have my room at 2 pm. The older evening woman was not friendly, reminding me to make sure I cleaned up after having Chic-Fillet with my niece and her four children(Duh of course I would clean up) There was hardly anyone at the hotel between 5 and 7, which my niece commented on as well and which is also when my niece visited, but she came to the pool and said she had had 2 complaints about us bothering 2 other guests. Maybe so but like I said the parking lot was empty. My niece and her children were gone by 8 pm. I just found it interesting.

The hotel was good, and I would stay there again. The front desk person was friendly and efficient. Parking was easy, and breakfast had a nice variety. Room was clean.

The mattress was a little hard for me. I wish breakfast went longer for people who sleep in.

The location was good for what we needed to do during our stay.

Upon arrival, the couch in the lobby looked a bit shopworn. Rug in the elevator hallway on our floor had a stain/mark that was there for the duration of our stay. Those things just gave the hotel a “tired” look.

They will 'twist your arm' to join the IGH loyalty club. Avoid early check-in fees if you join. I could be wrong but I believe free WIFI comes with membership as well.

Breakfast had large variety of stuff. Hot oatmeal, fruit, omelette, cereal, buns,muffins, bagels.

Price was close to 300 for a 1 night stay in the 2nd week of December which was pretty comparable to other hotels. Overall hotel was nice. When I got the room the bathtub was full of water because the spigot was dripping and the tub drain was closed. Looks Liked they took about 5 minutes painting and caulking the bathroom very sloppy paint job was on the tiles everywhere. Also the shower curtain rod was ready to fall out the wall.
