A very charming and beautifully appointed spacious room, full of thoughtful little touches. The beds were very comfortable, and the room had central air conditioning. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere of the historic chocolate factory is felt throughout the building. There are generous shared spaces, perfect for relaxing. The à la carte breakfast was delicious and unique. The hotel is located in the heart of Lititz, within walking distance of all the main attractions — perfect for a pleasant stroll around town.

One thing we found a bit inconvenient — and we understand it's common in the U.S. — was that the windows in the room couldn’t be opened. As Europeans, we found it frustrating not to be able to air out the room, especially since there was a slightly stale smell when we arrived. After a rain, the outdoor air was fresh and pleasant, and we would have loved to let that into the room. That said, we truly enjoyed our stay overall.

Went for the Lititz rotary craft fair. Was held right out on the main road, so there was no extra driving to be done. The staff was on top of everything. Very friendly and inviting, especially Kate at the front desk . The comforter on the bed were the best , so soft and fluffy , did not want to get out of bed. Right in the heart of town for shopping , and history .

Only thing wrong was the view from the back, was a 55+ community ( apartment buildings) to look at and or the parking lot .

Beautiful facility, common areas comfortable and cozy, rooms are lovely. Restaurant is convenient & has excellent food & service. Host was a friendly man. Window tables are so nice. Shower was well designed. Bed was very comfortable.

Barn door into the bathroom is beautiful & trendy but a little noisy. All servers at the restaurant were very good with the exception of our waitress on New Year’s Eve. She got an attitude when she gave me a different salad that I ordered & I told her I no longer wanted it.

I booked the room at Wilbur Lititz because of its proximity to the town. We were within walking distance of multiple restaurants and excellent shops. We will definitely be back for another visit.

It's trivial. I don't like barn-style doors like the one for the bathroom.

We have traveled all over the world and The Wilbur is in our Top 3 best hotels ever! We have very high standards for cleanliness, comfort and customer service and The Wilbur and staff exceeded all. We will 100% be back and recommend to our friends and family!

Our stay was 100% perfection. There was nothing we did not like. Although the onsite restaurant was undergoing renovations during our stay and was closed, Joey at the desk recommended The Tomato Pie Cafe for breakfast and it was amazing!

Beautifully restored in a way that maintains the character of the building and its place in the town, while making it into something modern and useful for today. We loved it!

The price is way out of line with the cost of other things in town - I mean, this is not downtown Philadelphia. And the $10 charge for parking just feels petty.

Concierge options and hospitality. Room decor. Sizeable bathroom. Food availability and variety of options. Check in process and being acknowledged for my honors status. Kate @ concierge services had a lot of great options to help make our stay memorable for a special occasion. She went above and beyond!

It was fabulous! Next time I will look for a room with a bathtub.

Everything!! There are not enough words to describe how wonderful the staff and hotel are! It is so beautiful, spacious, and clean! Just like the little town it’s nestled in! Can’t wait to go back!!

The Blackworth Live Fire Grill is an outstanding restaurant and bar. We loved the convenience of eating at a hotel restaurant of such high quality. Every employee at both the restaurant and hotel are courteous, friendly and highly professional. The small stocking filled with yummy little treats hanging on our door Christmas morning was a nice touch!

We prefer a firmer mattress and will most likely bring our own bed pillows when we stay at the Wilbur again. This was our only complaint - the hotel and its amenities are first rate.

Excellent location within walking distance to the local shops and restaurants. The front desk staff was attentive and friendly, as was the concierge who reached out in advance of our arrival to let us know about a renovation taking place at the on site restaurant. Great stay!
