The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was so nice and came in to make our beds and change our garbage out when we asked. Front desk was extremely friendly and loved talking with them.

The toilet in the room was extremely low and made it very difficult to use. My mother and I are both disabled and like the regular rooms because of the walk in shower as opposed to the handicap rooms that have a tub because we can not get into a tub even with a tub chair . I recommend putting bars in the regular rooms next to the toilet even my husband who is not disabled had trouble getting on and off the toilet.

Breakfast was excellent. There was plenty to choose from both hot and cold. Everything was clean and the food was fresh. Our King Room was large and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was clean and water temp was good. The AC in our room worked extremely well.

The water pressure in shower could have been a little stronger. Reservation was a bit messed up after I had changed it from 3 to 2 nights. Instead, the front desk had 2 reservations for me, one for 3 and one for 2 nights. I got that cleared up after a small confrontation with front desk staff. Aldo, I called in about 2 hours before I checked in to see if I could get adjoining rooms or room close to my daughter who also had a reservation. I was assured we could be near each other on same end of floor. When I got my room assignment and key it turned out that I was on an entirely different floor on the OPPOSITE side of the hall.

nice recent hotel with great rooms. nice and quiet location with a large Wegmans supermarket behind the hotel. hotel clean and confortable. cheap washing machines and dryers to wash all of clothes, 1USD which was perfect when traveling with 3 kids on 3 week holiday

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and gave good suggestions. The room was tidy and the corridors and lobby etc were very clean and welcoming.

A few more options in breakfast would have been great.

The hotel was modern and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the suite was very specious.

We did not like the hours for breakfast. The latest time for breakfast should be at 10:30am and not a 9:00am. Some people want to get up a bit later when vacationing.

The location was perfect we went to see Noah at Sight and Sound, did some outlet shopping and visied my granddaughter at LBC. The breakfast was great and coffee excellent. There is nothing i would change.

Loved this place! Pet friendly and very clean!! Kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Very spacious. Could stay comfortably for extended period of time. I will definitely stay here again everywhere I travel.

A little out from the center but not too bad, very doable.

The staff were terrific. Great rooms. Great breakfast. The beds were comfortable.

The bed pillows may be ready to update.

Kitchen seemed overwhelmed with breakfast goers , needed more food if you didn’t get there early there wasn’t a lot left

Location was great. So convenient to a lot of places. Wegman's is down the hill and they have a pathway for you to walk to get there. The hotel is beautiful, so modern. Breakfast was good - a lot of options and they provide trays so you can take it back to your room if you want. We had the king suite - came with a kitchenette and was very spacious.

No real complaints, but if anything just the water pressure for the shower.. could be better
